Funky Desert Vintage

I loved visiting this vintage store in Yucca Valley. They have some truly beautiful and rare finds, especially their vintage lingerie pieces which felt timeless and were reasonably priced. You can tell there’s real care put into what they carry. We met one of the owners during our visit, and they mentioned that they personally go out and seek new pieces to bring in. That passion really shows in the selection and made the experience feel even more special. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

Absolutely incredible store with so many rare finds! Evelyn is such a sweet heart too, her own designs and creations are so unique and intricate. I have bought some of my favorite vintage pieces here and every time I come I bring home something I LOVE! Highly recommend, my favorite store in the desert!

My favorite store to stop by in JT! Half of the store is full of awesome, handpicked vintage items for everyone and the other half of the store is newer, more unique high-quality items. Everything is fairly priced and I guarantee you'll leave with something you love! I was most recently there this weekend and had the most lovely conversation with the owner. She is truly such a delight and is so incredibly thoughtful and helpful. Can't wait to return!

This shop is a real desert gem. The owner has created a fun shop with eclectic mix of vintage & one of kind pieces she creates herself. Plus Lots of cool cowboy boots and men’s stuff too. Definitely a local fav! If you’re lucky her stylish daughter Violet will be there to style you. She’s good at finding things you didn’t even know you needed in your life.

First time here, it was interesting and liked some of the selections here, neat place to try and visit if you're in town. I think it was pricey for some of the clothes but that's just me. Good vibes !

Visiting the area and decided to venture out into the crazy heat to thrift. The owner was re-opening after having a short summer break, and was nice enough to let me browse around while she was fixing up the store. And I'm glad she did! The shop is HEAVEN for anyone who loves vintage. They also have a few modern pieces and kitschy souvenirs (pins, patches, candles, notebooks, cards, etc.) for those who begrudgingly tag along with us vintage lovers for our shopping trips and aren't interested in "old clothes." I scored a French dress from the '40s and cannot wait to wear it out. They don't make 'em like they used to, and that goes for clothes and thrift shops (which are usually insanely overpriced or filled with ratty clothes...neither applies to this shop). Thanks for the great experience!

My wife and I were eating breakfast across the street and saw this cute shop. The minute we walked in I was in awe. The candles from here smell absolutely delicious (we bought one lol) and all the things here were really nice. Definitely have to go back for the cute tote bags. I'm not sure what the woman's name is that was working, but she was super sweet and nice. If you're in town visiting, definitely stop by.

Vintage apparel, well preserved and presented. Quite a variety of clothing, shoes, and other surprises. Well priced considering the quality of these pieces. The owner was so accommodating she even took care of my rather large dog as I tried on clothes. There's a couple of other shops next door worth visiting as well. I wished I had more time but we were en route to Pappy & Harriet's. Can't wait to visit and see what she has next time.

I popped into this place after spending part of the day at Joshua Tree, and I was really pleasantly surprised. There is a lot to see here with a wide range of stuff. I saw stuff from the 1940s through the 90s, and a good chunk of really fun and funky 70s. The place is pretty well organized, and offers a sizable mens section too. The owner was really swell too. Very nice and easy to talk with. Prices were very decent. I would have bought a pair of boots if they were my size, but alas, that is the charm and downside of vintage - one of a kind. Will for sure stop in next time I'm in the area.

Wow, I wanted to buy everything! This place is amazingly curated with both new and used items. The store is well merchandised and set up in a clever way. My husband even found stuff that he fell in love wIth too. When you are in the area don't miss this one.

This store is awesome! Hands down, the best place for vintage clothing and unique gifts! Everything in the store is hand selected by the owner and is one-of-a-kind. Also, prices are much more reasonable than any other vintage clothing store in the area! This is a must see store!!!

Great shop in the hi-desert for unique one of a kind clothing and vintage. The owner Evelyn is able to do alterations on the spot and is known for creating incredible stage show costumes for local musicians like Jessica Rabbit. Perfect place to find a fun costume for Halloween too! If you are lucky the owner's stylish 9 year old daughter will there to show you all the latest accessories and style you.

This place is awesome! The clothing is curated very well- you can tell the owner appreciates interesting pieces. If you're looking for statement vintage clothing, come here (I was drooling over a burgundy velvet coat, as well as a beautiful kimono). There's also a great mix of jewelry- from cute inexpensive earrings to locally made artisan jewelry. My friend got a gorgeous labradorite necklace and I found a pair of beautiful silver earrings that I intend to rock on a regular basis. The owner is super sweet, so it's a win all around. Kick ass clothing/jewelry that benefits a wonderful woman? SIGN ME UP.

My roommate and I had about 30 minutes to spare before hiking in Joshua Tree and found this gem by chance. Without any agenda, we went in to check it out. I found a pair of (second hand) black Nocona cowgirl boots for only $48, but my roommate had the real catch, scoring a pair of sweet vintage roller skates for only $15!!! Great little shop!

I showed up on a Tuesday at 2:30 during there regular business hours and it's closed. Sign on the door says 11am-5pm. Really annoying. Be open when you say your be open.

It is worth stopping at this vintage store. As other reviewers have mentioned, it is reasonably priced, has a good collection of new and used items, and the staff is very friendly. I'm not a huge shopper at all, but stopped here out of curiosity. I left with a few pieces of jewelry and a candle for a great deal. I'll definitely stop here again next time we're in JT.
