Funky Lam Kitchen

Loving this new, Laotian restaurant. The food is excellent with all the flavors spot on. Don’t miss out in the crispy rice salad, it’s addicting. The funk music playing in the background and the cool, dim lighting makes Funky Lam a great spot to hang with friends. Oh, the bone marrow soup is to die for!!!

Nice location in vibrant thong lor but still a bit hidden in an alley. Excellent Laos fusion food with a good range of choices, perfect for sharing. Ambience and music are well matching with the venue and decor.

Great food and cocktails! Design is cool and music was chill and fitting to the restaurant! We decided to try Funky Lam after our friends recommended the place to us and I am Glad we did! Perfect for a date night! Khun “Sand” our waiter was very attentive, friendly and professional! We look forward to visiting Funky Lam again! Thank you!

Had a lovely dinner with friends, menu was full of all sorts of yummy dishes. We are and dined and had a great night. This restaurant is a perfect tapas style dinner. 5 star.

A beautiful, funky space in a renovated shophouse with old BMW motorcycles and images from old movies projected on the walls. Food is good, not great with a menu that needs more information in English. Friendly staff, reservation highly recommended.

Fantastic Loas food with the twist!!! Cozy space, nice ambient with western beat, not many tables are served, should book in advance. Service is good, no pushy, well recieved recommend/suggestion from waiters ~ they are polite & super friendly 👍

Great upscale restaurant serving Laotian food with a twist. We came here with our two kids aged 4 & 1,5 years and at first felt a little out of place after realizing how nice of a restaurant Gunky Lam actually is. We were quickly put at ease by the kind and extremely attentive staff. They provide baby chairs and children’s cutlery and were quick to suggest some kid-friendly meals of their menu. The food was of very good quality and taste matching the relatively high price point. We would be more than happy to come back if in town again!
