We stayed here for 3 days last week. The location was great, just walking distance to Maya Mall. Our tour guide recommended this hotel, so we decided to book it. We got a Superior Room with one king bed—it was huge, with wooden furniture that gave off 1980s vibes haha! The only issue was that the aircon wasn’t cooling properly, only the fan worked. We didn’t ask to change rooms since we were already tired from our 5-day tour in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. On our first night, I honestly felt a bit uneasy and even thought about cancelling the rest of our stay because our floor was so quiet and spacious—it almost felt like being in an old Japanese movie haha! But I decided to give it a try and just observe. In the end, I slept really well for all three nights! It was just me overthinking and misjudging the place 😅 I think the management should consider renovating the hotel, as it’s a bit old and I noticed some wooden corners already damaged by termites. The photos online look nicer compared to the actual. Breakfast wasn’t “wow,” but it was good enough to start the day. Overall, it was an okay experience — the staff were polite and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the rate was affordable.

The room is spacious and has all amenities with nice locations. But it’s not well clean , bathroom is dirty, and the room is noisy I can hear everything from my neighbor room, I heard his TV sound, I heard hairdryer sound. But the price is cheap. Just for sleeping and don’t forget your earplugs.

The building carry the branding of Furama but the rooms are old, and good thing is spacious room. The hotel is located about 500 meter Giving 1 star rating, provided the bath towel with dirt, room condition is so so, pillow a bit smelly. Worst case was first night Wi-Fi unavailable from around 12am midnight, and second night power supply interrupted, no air-con in the room, no Wi-Fi as well during half way sleeping time. (Noise woke you up) There is NO back up on front desk management, and only a poor receptionist there, and told the power utilisation was high and cause the power supply failure. Informed us the restoration of supply in about 10 minutes, and still same although 30 minutes now. Strongly NOT to recommend this hotel when travel to Chiang Mai. Be prepared

It's an old hotel but I love it. The room is spacious, the king (or queen) -size bed is comfortably firm, the water pressure is great filling large jacuzzi tub in a few minutes. It's 5-6 minutes walk to Maya mall and is centrally located. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. To me, it's great value for money.

Spacious room with a nice view, but except those the room really needs to be fixed. The plug was not working, the hairdryer didn't work and I had to call 2 times until the staff brought the new one for me. They had only 1 pillow for each guest, a dirty balcony, dusty AC filter with a lot of spider webs when we arrived. The AC was not cold, felt just like using the normal fan. And there is a plug socket on the ceiling inside the shower room which is so unsafe. Except the room, the location was good, the staff service was great, and the lobby is clean and comfortable.

First time we left an hotel after visiting the room .Dirty old room, stains asked mold on walls and ceiling. We both felt very very worried about the hygienic standards used by the hotel. We can't say anything about breakfast or the comfort of the bed....This standard was below all our expectations....My apologies to put it like this....Maybe other customers will enjoy the very cheap price offers they have....

Furama is a great value for money for the huge room and full amenity bathroom with a huge bath tub and a separate shower!Housekeeping was also done every day with a very friendly staff. We had a great 1-week stay!Just the property is showing its age and as it's off peak season, a lot of the features aren't available like the Rooftop pool and bar. But for it's price, it's totally worth it!

We stay 4 nights at this hotel on 15th floor. It’s old, but we love it. The room is spacious, the king (or queen) -size bed is comfortably firm, the water pressure is great filling large jacuzzi tub in a few minutes. It’s 5-6 minutes walk to One Nimmann area and Maya Department Store. And of course, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. To us, it’s great value for money.
