The room is big enough to have your luggage opened on the floor, and you can sit on the sofa to chill or have a drink. The staff is friendly but doesn't speak English. The location is very good as it is next to the station, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. However the breakfast is not good (one star deducted), it isn't buffet, you have two sets to choose (Japanese or Western, see photos), but both of them are so-so. I expect a lot more for a hotel breakfast, especially for this price (for the same price in another hotel I had a buffet with sashimi for breakfast), so I would not recommend paying for the breakfast here. There are plenty of parking spaces which is good, but with limited facilities, which I expect more for this price, but maybe the hotel price is generally more expensive in Furano, or it could be the date I stayed.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in Japan😵‍💫😵 I booked an economy room and was assigned room 205 upon check-in. It is located on the lowest floor, directly across from elevator, and has a connecting door to the next room. Request to change another room, informed that all economy rooms are across from the elevator. After paying extra fee 1000 yen, upgraded to a standard room, arranged room 215. But it's still on the lowest floor, directly below is the restaurant kitchen, with the window facing the smoke exhaust vent! There's no doubt this room is the worst standard room😥. Arriving at the front desk again, I was informed that all rooms were fully booked and could not be changed. I was planning to settle in, but at night, a big problem arose. The room began to produce the roaring sound of large machinery running, a low-frequency noise that couldn't be recorded with a phone, but it greatly affected my sleep. I don't know where the noise came from. I came to the front desk to ask a question. The night watchman at the front desk was a white haired old man with a bad attitude, rude and arrogant. He asked a lot of questions but refused to provide a solution. I barely fell asleep, but around 6am, I was awakened by a loud roar that was much louder than at night! Crazy!! 😫🫠🫠 When checking out, I looked at other rooms on the same floor but couldn't hear the same noise. I guess the noise may come from the room air conditioning system, or the bathroom ventilation system, or the large equipment outside or downstairs? And the noise is not only heard by me, it has been mentioned in other guests' Google comment for many times. Until now, the employees of this hotel still make me extremely disgusted🤢. Especially the reception woman, long curly hair with a ponytail haired, full of lies and deception. And that white haired old man, who was probably a member of a violent gang when he was young, but didn't make much money, or made some unscrupulous money but spent all on gambling and drugs. It's really pitiful that he's still a night watchman at such an old age😭😭

Excellent view & distance from Furano station! Very nice & sweet of the hotel to provide a map and marking out the restaurants of different cuisines, the kobini and tourist spot nearby. Check in & out were fuss free & simple using the machine. In addition to the mentioned points, it was very nice of the staff to agree with helping to dispose off unwanted winter boots as not all hotels will do that especially without additional charges. Too bad i was only in the area for a day, will defintely be back to this hotel if i ever go Furano again.

Natulux is probably the first option for anything trying to put a night in furano to visit Tomita Farm 🤣🤣 It’s fairly modern, nicely picture taken and also the rooms and spacious. So, I put up a night here - it’s good enough for night to take a rest after the driving and visiting Tomita farm. Definitely like its location being in centre. There’s a 7 Eleven about 500-600meter. The staff are friendly, you can ask for adapter if you need as well!

Very comfortable budget friendly hotel, well located if you want to explore restaurants nearby. Buses to slopes each day only take 20 minutes. Breakfast was delicious and well priced. Rooms were modern and clean, the bedding was excellent. Bring your Google Translate to assist complex requests to front desk.

The location of this hotel just opposite JR Station. Receptionist quite helpful while check in hotel. The hotel room is nice and cozy. We can see the mountain from the room. However, the room is a bit small for 2 person. Otherwise, it's a good hotel.

The only upside of my 3-night stay was that the establishment is extremely close to JR Furano station. That's the end of anything positive I have to say. Everything else just left a very bad impression on me and I'll NOT be a returning customer. Upon entering the hotel which facade looked pretty satisfactory, I was hit by the stale, musky smell that hung in the air. Having been to Japan 4 times, never once have I ever smelt a hotel this bad. The self-check in went rather smoothly. But the room was nasty. I had booked a standard twin room with a mountain view and was assigned a room on the 4th floor. Opening the room door released a smell more offensive than that which I had been greeted by at the lobby. The mouldy odour floated around me like a relentless specter unable to let go. Spraying the clothes refreshing mist did nothing to help. I gave up. Dated, dark peeling wood furniture decorated the sparse, uninspiring room. I appreciate old, vintage furniture but this was something else. They speak of an operator that just cannot be bothered. Maintenance clearly wasn't top on the list for this hotel. Dust sat on the sad, aged sofa, shelves and tables waiting to be removed, hopefully soon. Hoping for a better bathroom, I eagerly approached the sink/ vanity area that also disappointed me terribly. I'm sure the fittings in the vanity and bathroom have seen better days. But those thoughts quickly fled my mind when I saw that the clear window between the vanity and the bathroom was covered by a blind that opened from OUTSIDE of the bathroom room! What a preposterous design! If I were not traveling with family (mind you, this was a TWIN room), privacy would be a huge question mark. The dismal tour of the room culminated in the bathroom lit by a lonesome tiny sconce on the wall. Probably this is an idea of "cosiness" with the struggling lamp giving off just a few photons of warm light. Sigh. Sorry, I just will not come back here again. Given the price paid, I felt ripped off.

Stayed for two nights and absolutely loved waking up to a snowy mountain view every morning—it felt like something out of a winter postcard! The location was super convenient, literally steps from Furano train station and the bus terminal, which made getting around a breeze. There were lots of food options and convenience stores nearby too, so we never had to go far for a good meal or a quick snack. Plus, I really appreciated that the hotel carpark was free—such a rare and welcome bonus, especially in Japan! Overall, it was a comfy and hassle-free stay that made our time in Furano even more enjoyable. There was a bit of traffic noise from the road, and the bathroom, carpet, and humidifier could’ve been a touch cleaner—but nothing that ruined the experience. If you're planning to explore Furano, this is a solid, convenient, and cosy spot to stay!
