The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful a stunning location, clean and well-maintained rooms, and an overall peaceful atmosphere that made the stay very enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, neat, and exactly as described. I truly appreciated the aesthetic and comfort of the place.
However, I was quite disappointed with the customer service experience. The welcoming lacked warmth, and the responsiveness to requests or questions was slow and unprofessional. There were noticeable lapses in basic hospitality and communication, especially from the island host, Mihad, whose approach and attitude did not meet the standards expected from such a high-end destination.
Additionally, we were moved from one room to another during our stay, and our luggage was left outside the new room under the sun for a considerable amount of time — something we did not expect from a property of this standard.
The service at the main restaurant was also below expectations. The staff there were inattentive & dismissive which greatly affected the overall experience.
Despite the exceptional setting and amenities, the lack of courteous and attentive service was a letdown. I hope the management addresses these issues, as the property itself has so much potential to offer a truly outstanding experience.
