Fürst-Pückler-Museum Park und Schloss Branitz

Place: Cottbus, but u need to take bus till There, Cottbus is a small City, so The Bus is one hour per hour. ticket price is 6 euros per person. Actually u need at least one hour to visit and hear carefully the audio. But the audio option is only in German. So, it's a biggest pity. But i guess most Visiters are german. We went There pretty late, at 17:20, so we had only 40 mins to take à rush round. There are many intresting things inside the Schloss, it reminds me those castels in France, but this is the Mini one. There are so many objets from Russian, Japan, Egypt, China, i love the most the swords. The view outside the Museum is also very beautiful, actually this Museum is inside a forest. If u r a nature hiking or biking lover, Its better to plan a half Day, then u can get across the forest before or after the visit of Museum

It’s beautiful but if you have a student ID from the US and it should happen that there is no date on it - they want except it. Other then that - the castle - the park is so beautiful even in the rain.

I don't understand all these delighted reviews. It's just a one small building with a dull garden. Absolutely nothing to look at. The most notable thing there are thousands of fences making it impossible to walk through. Visiting the park, I would recommend to stay away from the "palace" and area with cafes etc. around.

My experience was not great. The rooms are so small & so jammed with tour groups it's impossible to hear anything with the audioguides. I gave up after half an hour -- & on the way out was warned a REALLY big tour group was coming. Stick to the park & restaurant.

Interesting story about park creator. Good to visit the park with guide. You should visit local museum.
