Fusion Bay in Fort Kochi is a culinary gem that offers an authentic taste of Kerala’s seafood delicacies. Renowned for its Kerala Syrian fish preparations, the restaurant presents dishes like Karimeen Mappas and Fish Pollichathu, which are both flavorful and true to traditional recipes. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, complemented by friendly and attentive staff. While the restaurant can get busy during peak hours, the quality of food and service makes it worth the wait. For those seeking a genuine Kerala seafood experience, Fusion Bay is a must-visit.

Delectable food !!! We had Karimeen Mappas and Beef Roast (Peralan) with Appam. Everything was plate licking good 😋😋😋 Soft soft, yet crispy Appams, spicy and full of flavour Karimeen and Beef. We absolutely loved the food. It was quiet busy even at 3.30pm and we had to wait 15 minutes before we got a table. And then another 20 minutes before the food arrived. But it was worth the wait! The decor is quaint and cosy. Good service.

A nice place for Kerala fusion food. Their specialty is seafood. However they do have Chicken and Pasta options. We had the Pazhampori and Beef, Karimeen Pollichath with Appam and Creamy Pasta with mushrooms. Everything was good. My favorite was the beef. It was so soft, tender and tasty.

I'm not usually a fan of seafood, but this restaurant has completely changed my mind. The dishes are so flavorful and well-prepared that even I couldn't resist. The atmosphere is also very cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a special occasion. I'm definitely coming back for more!

Amazing food at the perfect place and great ambiance. The employees are helpful, friendly and even suggested the best portions we needed. We ordered the Seafood curry chatti - 2 for 3 people was more than enough. The chatti had several kinds of fishes, clam, squid, shrimp and more ! A must try and definitely will visit again.

Very good restaurant with really tasty dishes. We liked every dishes especially chattichoru. Good quality and quantity. Good service and cleanliness. Gets crowded at peak times. Enough parking at roadside. Accepts card and UPI payments.

Literally beside the big church. Extremely cute restaurant with small seating capacity and the place does fill up. The staff is very nice and courteous. They let you read the menu and do take time out to answer all your questions. I dove in right for the Kerala local menu and the chicken stew, appam and the beef dishes were amazing. We had 6 appams with a regular bowl of chicken stew and still there was some leftover. The beef was spiced so nicely gosh it was exciting. People around also kept ordering a variety of dishes and everyone looked so satisfied. The only reason I couldn’t give them a 5 star was due to their price of fish. When premium price is paid you expect no unsatisfactory quantity in the dish- was really saddened they took 750 something rupees for the mango fish dish and gave such a small fish. Other than this I would really go back to the restaurant but just stay away from the fish
