Fusion Bay

We had dinner from here. It was really crowded when we visited, mostly foreigners. Ambience was really good, but not spacious enough. There was a delay in getting the food delivered, but it was already communicated while taking the order. Food was delicious. Recommended for those visiting Fort Kochi.

Best fish fry that we had in Kerala. The fish cooked in banana leaf was also cooked to perfection and very tasty. We recommended Fusion Bay to a few people during our stay in Fort Kochi and we'd definitely eat here again. Prices also very reasonable.

Had an amazing dining experience at Fusion Bay! Despite its small size, the interior is beautifully done up, adding to the cozy ambiance. The food is where it truly shines - the authentic Kerala dishes are a must-try, and the Appam is not to be missed! The service is warm and attentive. A hidden gem at Fort Kochi area that's definitely worth visiting for anyone craving delicious and authentic Kerala cuisine!

Had a really good experience here. Ordered mango fish curry and yoghurt aubergine curry. Asked for mild and that's exactly what we got. Tasted delicious. Went back the next day for banana lassi as we were too full after dinner the night before. Can definitely recommend.

Visited this place at around 1:30 for a quick lunch solo. The place was empty then. In a matter of 1 hour the place became packed with mostly foreigners. Ordered Appam and Veg Stew and Mahi Mahi Tawa Fry. The service is good and probably because their main patrons are foreigners, they ask at the time of taking the order if we prefer the food to be mild or spicy, which is a good touch. Found the place to be a tad too dimly lit, they could improve the lighting hence one star less for atmosphere. To be honest I had no expectations when I went but I was blown away by the food. The appam and Veg Stew was authentic. The fried onions topped on the stew was a nice touch. The Mahi Mahi fish fry was one of the best I’ve had. Next time I will try their Combo’s on the menu.

I’m a vegetarian and I approve of this place!!!! Absolute stunner. The food was TASTY and service was FAB. My mum got chaati choru ( seafood one ) and she was just obsessed with it. This one is a must visit!!! One complain- every time I went they didn’t have parotta 😣

We visited this place for dinner with family. The decor is aesthetically done up with terracotta artefacts. Place is frequented by foreigners he fe they check for the spice quotient while taking the order. Service is fast, even additional dishes ordered arrived pretty soon. Taste is quite good specially the seafood side dishes. Highly recommended if you are in Fort Kochi

We, a group of 5 people dined at this beautiful restaurant today. Ordered Prawns fry, Thirukochi fish mango curry, Karimeen pollichath, Squid roast, Karimeen fry, Appam, Puttu and Seafood special chatti chor. All the items were delicious & prepared with fresh ingradients. Rate was reasonable.
