Fusion Beach Bar Cuisine

Sunset Vibes + Fire Show Magic I visited Fusion Beach Bar about a year ago and still think about that evening. I went around sunset, and the place had a dreamy candle lantern vibe—soft lighting, waves crashing in the background, and that just-right ocean breeze. The atmosphere alone is worth a visit. I wasn’t expecting entertainment, but a group of fire dancers and live drummers showed up and turned the night into something special. It felt spontaneous and local, not overly produced. Definitely added to the magic. The drinks are on the pricier side, but you’re paying for the setting—beachfront tables, toes in the sand, and quick, friendly service. I didn’t order food that night, but I’ll definitely be back, because i hear it’s prettt good. Sometimes you just go somewhere for the feel of it—and this spot nails that.

I wish we had visited this wonderful beach bar sooner!! The beach chairs are comfortable, the service is spot on and the water views are spectacular! Have had the guacamole a couple of times and it’s really good. Margaritas are tasty too. Prices are good for the location. We will definitely be back again this week!

One of the best beach bars in Playa del Carmen. Great atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff, and affordable prices for drinks and food. The food is decent and they offer massage in the daytime and they have a DJ and/or live music and fire shows at night. Much recommended!

Perfect place to eat and sit by the beach. Music isn't annoyingly loud and waitresses are attentive. Food took a long time BUT was definitely worth the wait. Food has a great flavor and cooked well. Drinks were delicious and had real fruit. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available with a $500MX food/drink per person. Had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

This is playa’s best beach front restaurant and bar - no frills, quality food and service. Don’t spend an arm and a leg at the other beach clubs when you can get just as great, fresh seafood - I ordered their grilled octopus with potato’s and they brought me a little table to enjoy it on despite not having rented a beach chair. All for 300 pesos! I love this place! Just keep in mind their kitchen closes at 5pm 🙂

Quiet, on the beach, great atmosphere. Was live music while i was here. Beautiful guitar and singing, gentle and quiet. So relaxing. Service was amazing, great English. Had a pizza and the amount of condiments was incredible. Wine was $$, but chilled and the food very reasonable. Small pizza is huge for one fellah.

This place was a vibe! There were a lot of people but they ensured we got a table to sit at, which was very nice. Loved their ceviche here. I also ordered their falafel and hummus with pita, which was good too. I got fresh coconut water and it was the biggest I’ve ever gotten! The owner is very kind and friendly. Looking forward to returning!

We spent half a day at Fusion - it was relaxing with attentive service and reasonably priced food. 300 pesos for a pair of lounge chairs with no minimum consumption. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chilled beach day
