Best hotel in Polokwane by far. Value for money interms of hotel infrastructure, food, service and staff friendliness. Hotel staff are competent in their duties, they always go beyond their normal duties to ensure best guest experience. Indonensian fish is my favourite and always look forward in experience it. Decoration in the rooms is top class and rooms are spacious

This is an expensive 5 star venue. One therefore have expectations and measure a venue against others. I travel very frequently||The highlight must be the effort of the staff. They do endeavour in a good way to satisfy.||Cleanliness is average. So is the products the venue provides to shower and bath with. Towels need replacing. Food and breakfast is satisfactory. The bedding needs rethinking.||I do not intend, except if I have no choice, to visit this venue again.

This was my first stay @ a 5 star hotel . I loved it. You exceeded my expectations. I wish I could have stayed longer. Your staff, the service & the food exceptional.

I had a wonderful stay at Fusion Hotel on a work trip. Its not always you get a 5* hotel in Polokwane. The experience is always delightful. Would come back with my family when in Polokwane. Thank you to everyone and their great service and attention to detail.

The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are perfect. Housekeeping is of the highest standard and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Compliments to the chefs for their delectable dishes. If you want 4 Star treatment, Fusion Boutique Hotel is the place to be.

Everything was superb. The front desk staff were very professional and friendly and went beyond their call of duty to assist with transport at short notice. The rooms were magnificent, the food was excellent and the location was also great. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I recently stayed at Fusion Boutique expecting a 5-star experience, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The receptionist lacked professionalism and good customer service, making the stay frustrating rather than welcoming. While the hotel itself offers great amenities, I must highlight a major drawback—the venue is not ideal for rainy days. The parking lot is inconvenient, making it difficult for guests to navigate in bad weather. This is something management should address to improve guest comfort. Overall, while the hotel may have its strengths, the front desk service and parking situation need serious improvement to truly meet 5-star standards.
