Great location although quite hard to find as hotel entrance is from inside the shopping centre. Great reception staff particularly Huyen and Hai who helped with check out and an issue with our flight checking in! Also thanks to Thien for tracking down our airport transfer.||The rooms were comfortable and well equipped although an additional mirror over the desk in the bedroom would be a good idea .. bathroom lovely with a huge tub!||Breakfast service was good and catered for everyone. ||We did not eat at the hotel apart from breakfast but the poolside restaurant food looked good!

This Hotel is an amazing place to stay. Central to District One. Easy to get to bars,shopping & restaurants around the city. The staff are outstanding!! Always a smile and a warm Hello and see you when you come back wave 👋🏻 The room service was perfect 👌🏻 and delicious. Looked very pretty on the plate. Housekeeping were very particular and our room always looked amazing. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 A clean room is important 😍 Check in and out were a breeze. We are definitely looking forward to coming back soon 😀

The hotel is excellent. The location is right within Saigon Centre and within walking distance to many attractions (100-700m). The service provided by the staff was excellent. The room was also very well appointed, though the aircon was pretty warm even when adjusted. The breakfast selection is excellent - a little limited on the buffet side but very good à la carte menu dishes including Vietnamese and Western choices.A couple areas of improvement to be considered. The internet was pretty slow and choppy for a hotel of this class, averaging about 20mpbs. The gym was also separate from the hotel, but still within the shopping centre - but it was crowded and disorganized.

Just finishing up my stay here, started out a bit rocky but ended up loving the hotel. The management and service really took care of us and we would love to come back!! The pool is amazing, rooms are really nice and the washrooms are fantastic as well in the room. Location is perfect as well, thanks so much to the team for the stay. I would say the private shuttle price to airport need to be lowered but aside from that it was a great stay!

I had a brilliant stay at Fusion Original Saigon Centre in a two-bedroom apartment, and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxing after busy days exploring the city. The hotel has loads of great facilities, with a particularly impressive gym and a lovely pool area that felt like a calm escape from the Saigon buzz. What really made the stay stand out, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. The highlight for me was after checkout, when I realised I’d left a T-shirt behind in the room. The team went out of their way to track it down and get it back to me — such a simple thing, but it showed real care and attention to guests. Fantastic service, excellent facilities, and a great location connected to the mall — I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

Dear Team, Excellent service and a fantastic location, perfectly situated close to everything in the city centre. My room was on a high floor with a beautiful view. I truly enjoyed the complimentary facial and massage, which made my stay even more relaxing. The minibar being free and regularly topped up, along with the pantry, was a thoughtful and generous touch. Breakfast was excellent, offering both buffet selections and à la carte options served directly to the table. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and there is nothing that requires improvement. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay. The view here is absolutely stunning — you get a beautiful panoramic view of the city. The architecture is unique and really stands out. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 6 nights, and when my child vomited and we asked for a bed change, the staff assisted us immediately, which we truly appreciated. The two housekeeping staff members, Bao and Dy, were especially thoughtful and kind. They always left little notes to make sure we had everything we needed. If we ever return to Ho Chi Minh City, this place will definitely be our first choice.

Just had a wonderful stay at this hotel, we had the two bedroom suite and would absolutely return. Food in the restaurant was delicious and the atmosphere was quite swanky. Clean, everything smells good, it’s super trendy with all the modern luxuries. Snacks in a little servery on every floor! Staff were lovely. Location very walkable. The only downfall was the soap, shampoo, and body gel all smelled super strange (a little sour?). Also might have been the same thing? conditioner and body lotion were fine. Bring your own shampoo if you’re sensitive to scent.
