The view here is absolutely stunning — you get a beautiful panoramic view of the city. The architecture is unique and really stands out. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 6 nights, and when my child vomited and we asked for a bed change, the staff assisted us immediately, which we truly appreciated. The two housekeeping staff members, Bao and Dy, were especially thoughtful and kind. They always left little notes to make sure we had everything we needed. If we ever return to Ho Chi Minh City, this place will definitely be our first choice.

Fusion Original is a great choice of accomodation if you want western comforts and experience. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was fantastic in terms of space and amenities. Everything we needed for comfort, beds were comfortable and pillows too, loved the soft slippers and robes, very modern feel. Also very clean. View from the 20th floor was amazing and it is well located to walk to all the main attractions. Wished we could have stayed longer and used the pool as it looked fabulous!

We loved everything about this hotel- it has a cool, boutique design and fantastic personalised touches. My son celebrated his birthday while we were there and we received a personalised note, balloons and a complimentary drink at the hotel restaurant. The location is fantastic, located in Saigon Centre shopping mall, which is central to everything you need. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 4 and the decor is gorgeous. The housekeeping was fantastic, the room was tidied during the day and turned down in the evening. All in all an excellent experience.

Highly recommend this hotel! Great service: seriously, the team there are so helpful and sweet. Exactly what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Great location: centrally located inside the Saigon Fusion mall, so there's a taxi stand right outside (I never had a problem getting a taxi). All the big attractions are right there, within walking distance. The rooms are well designed and the bed is very comfortable. It is also well sound proofed because that neighborhood can get loud, but I usually can't hear anything. Also, a touch that I love is that we had a room with a tub-- they actually provided bath foam and salts in the room. Usually I have to either ask or go out and get my own. We were there for a week or so and definitely would come back next time we are in Saigon.

Great location although quite hard to find as hotel entrance is from inside the shopping centre. Great reception staff particularly Huyen and Hai who helped with check out and an issue with our flight checking in! Also thanks to Thien for tracking down our airport transfer.||The rooms were comfortable and well equipped although an additional mirror over the desk in the bedroom would be a good idea .. bathroom lovely with a huge tub!||Breakfast service was good and catered for everyone. ||We did not eat at the hotel apart from breakfast but the poolside restaurant food looked good!

If one has the budget, Fusion Original Saigon Centre is the best hotel you can stay for various reasons.||Firstly, the hotel is very contemporary with very well-appointed rooms. Being a skyscraper the rooms are from Floor 15 to 24 offering a breathtaking view of the city. The location is by far the best as it's close to all important monuments and shopping places - walking distance from the hotel.||Breakfast for Vegetarians is a challenge if you don't eat eggs. Lesser options as compared to other cities we visited. The swimming pool is nice||Apart from closeness to the shopping Malls, there are plenty of good Indian restaurants within a radius of 10 minutes on foot. There are premium eateries in the vicinity like Starbucks, Hagen Daas to name a few.

The hotel is excellent. The location is right within Saigon Centre and within walking distance to many attractions (100-700m). The service provided by the staff was excellent. The room was also very well appointed, though the aircon was pretty warm even when adjusted. The breakfast selection is excellent - a little limited on the buffet side but very good à la carte menu dishes including Vietnamese and Western choices.A couple areas of improvement to be considered. The internet was pretty slow and choppy for a hotel of this class, averaging about 20mpbs. The gym was also separate from the hotel, but still within the shopping centre - but it was crowded and disorganized.

Great hotel that is conveniently located within easy walking distance to the Ben Nghe Street Food market (highly recommended) and several markets (Saigon Square and others) for souvenir shopping. There are also good restaurants in the area as well as the Saigon Centre itself. ||Rooms were nice with a great view of the city and the pantry was new feature I hadn’t experienced for snacks and coffee. Conveniently located on each floor. Excellent pool area for cooling off at.||The hotel was a little tricky to find on arrival as the Grab dropped us off at the other hotel in the mall. The only other issue was the wifi with no password or login makes use of the hotel wifi a little riskier. My partner had an attack alert minutes after connecting so we avoided the wifi after that. Other than that, a fantastic experience.
