If I could rate them ZERO stars I would.
For starters, we requested a late checkout which we paid in full prior to our stay on their online payment link.
Upon checking in, they said we did not pay yet and that we would have to pay on the spot. After much deliberation and showing them the email proof they advised they see the payment online and proceed with checking in.
Upon checking out, Nghia (front desk) also advised we had to pay for the late check out. This time it took much longer for him to confirm the payment and so we missed our car to the airport.
The manager then said that we broke the kettle - the kettle lid was already broken when we checked in which was confirmed with our babysitter but it was still functional so we thought we did not have to report it. We have never damaged any property on any stay, I would happily pay for it if we did. The ridiculous part is that they were requesting 4,500,000D for the replacement of a kettle. You can do a quick search online and see that kettles do not even cost half of this price.
We eventually settled on them taking our 1,000,000D deposit - this just showcases that they were OVERCHARGING us for the kettle (if it’s worth 4.5 why settle for 1 right?).
Also in addition to this, rooms are very small, the ice dispenser/hot water in the pantry barely works, and the gym they display is a shared public gym which means equipment is always occupied.
The front desk has tried draining more money from us at each interaction. Because of this, I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone! This isn’t the type of service we expect from a “5-star fusion hotel”.
