Fusion Resort Cam Ranh

My partner and I had a fantastic couple's getaway staying at Fusion. We spent all of our time at the resort, indulging in all of the leisurely activities, such as daily massage treatments 💆🏻‍♀️, swimming in different pools 🏊🏻‍♂️ (not beach, since it was so windy), yoga classes 🧘🏻‍♀️, workshops 🧴, animal farms 🐣. The level of professionalism of the staff is outstanding. Everyone we interacted with were kind, helpful and efficient. Mỹ Phượng, our receptionist, was thorough in helping navigate all the facilities and activities. Note that there is not yet watersports offerings at the resort. We stayed in the Hideaway Pool Villa, which we highly recommend. It was incredibly spacious, pristinely clean, has its own pool and garden where we spent the majority of our time 🫶🏻

Highly highly recommended. First family trip with our little 7month old and not only did Fusion staff ensure we have a comfortable trip but all staff went above and beyond with their service and professionalism. Room was outstanding, clean, modern and all the amenities that you need. We were lucky enough to stay in the one bedroom pool villa but I would be confident to say that all rooms would be outstanding value. Massage was perfect, the massage therapists was outstanding. Able to communicate perfectly to what was preferred. Restaurant has great choice of meals, all meals for excellent and buffet breakfast had a great selection. Service was outstanding and all staff were very accommodating to our little one during meal time. Farm is a nice touch for kids, both pools were clean and sized appropriately, gym and games room had equipment for all. The cleanliness of the grounds and beach were very well maintained. Reception staff was excellent, they communicated very professional to us and assisted us with all enquiries (early check in, airport transfer, local seafood restaurant etc). High recommend and have already recommended to our family and friend in Vietnam and Australia. Thanks for a great stay Fusion team.

We spent four unforgettable days at the Fusion Resort Cam Ranh and enjoyed every moment from start to finish. The entire team impressed us with their remarkable attentiveness and genuine warmth. During our stay, my partner celebrated his birthday, and the surprise celebration was executed beautifully, a delicious birthday cake awaited us in our villa, and another thoughtful gesture followed during our dinner at the restaurant. Special appreciation goes to F&B Manager Suong as well as the wonderful Front Office team, Thuy and Lan Anh, for their exquisite service and personal care. Thuy showed us 2 higher categories with beachfront view, also connecting room possibilities for our next stay. Although the property is already ten years old, everything is immaculately maintained and feels timelessly elegant. Our Pool Hideaway Villa offered complete privacy and serenity, allowing us to conclude our three-week Vietnam journey in absolute relaxation. Fusion Resort Cam Ranh perfectly embodies the art of wellness and refined hospitality. We will most certainly return. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

Joe and his team went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements and personal preferences. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and the food presentation and overall setup were absolutely amazing, creating a beautiful and memorable atmosphere.||The resort itself was very clean, well maintained, and extremely comfortable, which added greatly to our overall enjoyment.||Overall, Fusion Resort Cam Ranh exceeded our expectations. The exceptional service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality—especially from David and his team—made our stay outstanding. My wife and I had the privilege of staying at this beautiful resort for five unforgettable days. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were looked after with exceptional care and attention to detail. The spa, villa, beach, and restaurants are all truly incredible. The staff were consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, making us feel completely at home. A special thank you to our Fusionista, Sujin, and her wonderful team, who were available 24/7 and ensured our stay was comfortable, pleasant, and peaceful in every way. Thank you for your outstanding care, service, and hospitality. We will cherish these memories and hope to return.

We Would Never Book This Hotel Again We were very disappointed with our stay at Fusion Resort Cam Ranh, which was meant to be the relaxing highlight of our three-week Vietnam trip. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst hotel experience of the entire journey — despite being the most expensive. While the initial welcome by the General Manager raised high expectations, these were not followed by action. After we shared feedback, the GM was no longer accessible. Instead, his assistant Elia and restaurant manager Andy tried their best and were genuinely kind and professional, but this cannot compensate for weak leadership and lack of accountability in a five-star resort. The resort itself feels aging and poorly maintained. Pool loungers were stained, used towels were left unattended, and staff even asked us to put them away ourselves. Service was consistently poor: • Beach restaurant: over 40 minutes waiting for drinks that never arrived • Pool restaurant: the worst food we had in Vietnam (bland, poorly prepared) • Breakfast: cold food, long waits, poor organization, no proactive service A particularly concerning point was management stating that there are different breakfast standards for European vs. non-European guests — completely unacceptable for a luxury hotel. “High occupancy” was used as an excuse, which is not acceptable at this price level. Final verdict: Despite a few friendly staff members, the overall experience was far below five-star standards due to poor management, weak maintenance, and inconsistent service. ⭐ 1 out of 5 – We strongly do not recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. During my stay, the room condition, service, and the hotel’s beautiful swimming pool were all outstanding. Everything exceeded my expectations. What truly moved me, however, happened after I checked out. I had visited the spa and accidentally left my necklace behind. The hotel not only contacted me directly to inform me, but also kindly arranged to ship it all the way to Korea through international delivery. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests went far beyond what I could have imagined. I am deeply touched by this level of service, and I cannot thank the team enough. This hotel has truly set a new standard for hospitality, and I will happily return on my next trip.
