Fusion Resort Cam Ranh

We had an absolutely wonderful 5 day stay at Fusion resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was beautiful and spacious. |We didn’t have our own pool like many of the villas but the sea view pool was wonderful and had very few people around it. We never had trouble getting a lounger.|The restaurants and bars were very good with great choices, we particularly enjoyed the bbq evening. We spent most evenings enjoying pre-dinner drinks at the poolside bar. Our waitress Suong ( I hope I spelt correctly!) was delightful and remembered our preferences each night.|Special mention to our Fusionista Aelia who was like our fairy godmother! She appeared out of nowhere and had organised or offered to book things for us which we hadn’t even considered. She is such an asset to the resort.|The delightful General Manager Dawild and his gorgeous dog Jack was frequently on around for a catch up.|Overall a fabulous place to stay!

Absolutely the Best Service I've Ever Experienced in 45 Years of Traveling||From the moment we arrived at Fusion Resort Cam Ranh, the kindness of the staff truly stood out—especially Sunny at the reception. Sunny is someone the resort must recognize and celebrate. Her warmth and attentiveness are simply beyond words.||For our entire 3-night stay, she greeted us with a bright smile and took care of us with such gentle kindness. She even went above and beyond by helping us book restaurants and massage appointments outside the resort, which made our trip incredibly smooth and relaxing.||But what touched us most happened after we had already left the resort. We realized that our daughter had lost her swimming goggles. Sunny took it upon herself to review the entire CCTV footage—and unbelievably, she found and kept them safe for us. I’ve traveled for over 45 years, and I have never encountered service this exceptional.||Sunny is a rare gem, and thanks to her, our stay at Fusion Resort Cam Ranh became truly unforgettable.

The grounds are immaculate—sparkling pools, beautifully landscaped gardens, and modern amenities throughout. It reminded me of top-tier resorts praised for their “excellent facilities” and “well‑trained staff” Every corner of the property showcases quality and comfort. From well‑equipped fitness areas to inviting lounge spots, the facility is truly first-class. What sets this place apart, however, is the team behind it—especially Manager Nathalie. Every member of the team here was warm, attentive, and proactive. Nathalie, in particular, went above and beyond—welcoming us personally, remembering names, and ensuring every detail was flawless. For anyone seeking superior facilities combined with heartfelt, personalized service—look no further. Kudos to the entire staff, and a special thank you to Nathalie for making this stay unforgettable.

A perfect stay from check in to check out. The staff are super welcoming, helpful and friendly and helped with any requests we made promptly. We stayed in the Hideaway Villa, which was very comfortable and peaceful. The spa was very relaxing and the staff were lovely. We would thoroughly recommend this resort and hope to return one day soon. Our best ever holiday so far (and we have had a fair few)!

Incredible stay, period. Rooms are spacious, staffs are super helpful and kind. They’re very well trained and pay attention to details. The place is well maintained. Foods are above standard. I’m impressed that Vietnam has such high quality service (no doubt there’s lots of foreigners). Couple friendly, also family and kid friendly. This resort can be pricey but it’s worth every VND spent. We feel much better mentally and physically after several nights at this place. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the communication was fantastic and the staff made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, especially when it came to accommodating our infant, which made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. While the facilities, food, and spa were all excellent and exceeded my expectations, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service we received from one of the staff members, Luna. From the moment we checked in, Luna took care of us with such warmth and professionalism. She helped us plan our spa and dining schedules based on our travel itinerary and checked in with us regularly throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Thanks to Luna’s thoughtful and attentive service, this vacation was truly flawless. Because of her, we’ve already decided to return to Fusion Resort for our next summer holiday—and we’ll definitely be requesting Luna to assist us again. I came back after 10 years and the resort is still new. It shows how much they pay attention to its maintenance and renovation . The most unique design for the whole Cam Ranh Bay , most healthy food and relaxing lifestyle. The hosts welcome you with warm smiles and attitude make you feel home. The spa is great.
