Fusion Resort Cam Ranh

We had the most incredible stay at Fusion Resort Cam Ranh. The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous. The villas are stunning the views are breathtaking and the whole atmosphere is so peaceful and luxurious. It truly feels like a hidden paradise. What made our experience even more special was the exceptional service. Aelia was beyond attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She shared her knowledge of the area provided us with a detailed fact sheet and gave us fantastic recommendations that really enhanced our stay. She checked in with us on many occasions and always made sure our daily spa treatment was perfect. The Swedish massage and the rejuvenating facial were by far the best treatments we have ever had. Every detail of our stay felt thoughtful and personalised. Her warmth and genuine care did not go unnoticed. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience. We cannot wait to return!

I stayed in Room 224 at Fusion Resort Cam Ranh from January 15th to 17th, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was incredibly clean and filled with natural light, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining it. The resort’s swimming pools are beautiful, and the restaurant service was top-notch. I especially enjoyed the breakfast every morning—it was filled with fresh and delicious options that made my stay even more delightful. I would like to give a special shout-out to Sunny. Thanks to Sunny’s exceptional care and attentiveness, our stay was even more comfortable and memorable. Sunny truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. If I travel to Nha Trang again, I will definitely return to this resort. My sincere thanks to Sunny and the entire team for ensuring our safety and happiness throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! First off I need to give a kudos to the front desk staff-especially Mi & Aalia who went above and beyond for us with special requests, being friendly and always remembering us. True 5 star service at the reception. The facilities and rooms were also so beautiful and included airport shuttle, meal vouchers, nightly turn down and enough in-room water was the cherry on top. We were also very happy that they could accommodate our vegan diets at both the restaurants & in room dining and staff was friendly and helpful! That said, the breakfast buffet lacked vegan options with basic things like potatoes and tomatoes having cheese on them. We also asked for items we never received multiple times or even ordered the night before so they could prepare it such as hummus or chia pudding so there is room for improvement here. Other areas for improvement: The spa inclusive was very nice, but every day I had to ask for a larger robe to fit me. Having to do this 5 days in a row didn’t feel like 5 star service. The employees also often massaged or pressed areas of injuries I had said to avoid which was painful and happened multiple days. The gym was also nice, but some more attachments for the cable machine like a bar, rope, and ankle attachments would be very appreciated! Overall we really liked our stay, & the front desk staff really made up for other shortcomings. Thanks!

I visited this place with my family, and my child. The decoration and sea view were impressed me in first sight! Very nice beautiful staffs with the smiles, attitude well trained. I enjoyed the beach, the pool, the foods, walking, and especially spa services! Food menus not realy diversity, they cooked very well. Hever, there are flies bothering me a little in resnt, you should improve this point. Most of guest is Korean, and some western people, anw it still quiet and peaceful. Finally, thank you for serving us well, we really enjoyed our holidays and will come back soon.

Highly highly recommended. First family trip with our little 7month old and not only did Fusion staff ensure we have a comfortable trip but all staff went above and beyond with their service and professionalism. Room was outstanding, clean, modern and all the amenities that you need. We were lucky enough to stay in the one bedroom pool villa but I would be confident to say that all rooms would be outstanding value. Massage was perfect, the massage therapists was outstanding. Able to communicate perfectly to what was preferred. Restaurant has great choice of meals, all meals for excellent and buffet breakfast had a great selection. Service was outstanding and all staff were very accommodating to our little one during meal time. Farm is a nice touch for kids, both pools were clean and sized appropriately, gym and games room had equipment for all. The cleanliness of the grounds and beach were very well maintained. Reception staff was excellent, they communicated very professional to us and assisted us with all enquiries (early check in, airport transfer, local seafood restaurant etc). High recommend and have already recommended to our family and friend in Vietnam and Australia. Thanks for a great stay Fusion team.

To be honest, when I first saw this hotel on Booking, I immediately said, “We’re going there,” and we are so happy we did. Everything is thought out down to the smallest detail. But as I always say, the best part is the people who work here and create such an unforgettable experience for guests. We were warmly welcomed by Aeliia upon arrival, and she stayed in touch with us throughout our stay, always checking if everything was okay. That meant so much to us. She replied even late at night, which was incredibly kind and thoughtful. We are truly satisfied and highly recommend this hotel to everyone who loves relaxation, just like in the Maldives. 🌴

This resort is absolutely exceptional. The location is amazing and the whole resort is nestled in a secluded place with a lot of greenery, and the first impression is just wow. Everything just feels relaxed & serene. We had garden villas with private pools, and we think they are ideal as they offer privacy and some shield from the wind (which, in December and January, there was a lot of, especially close to the beach). They gave us a free upgrade to a lager villa with a sea view, but we ended up not liking it as much as the garden villas (mostly because of less privacy and a lot of wind), so they let us return to our previous garden villas without an issue. Our stay included free 50-minute massages of our choice every day, which we have honestly never experienced before, as even in ultra all-inclusive hotels, massages are always extra charge - but not here! It also included free buffet breakfast, with lots of different foods and drinks to choose from. Everything is exceptionally clean & well taken care of. There is also absolutely no traffic noise or loud music or anything like that.||However, what truly stands out here is the service. Everyone is extremely kind, calm and ready to help and make sure you have everything you need (and more). My family and I have travelled a lot, but we have never experienced anything like this in terms of service & customer care. Special thanks to Joe Nguyen, who was with us from day 1, whom we had a WhatsApp group with and whom we could ask anything at any time of the day, and he always helped us (even when we were being a bit too needy and spoiled), made reservations for us, organized dinners, transport, gave us medicine that we needed, etc. Joe, you are absolutely amazing!||All in all, this is without a question the best hotel we have ever stayed at, and we would love to return at some point.

My partner and I had a fantastic couple's getaway staying at Fusion. We spent all of our time at the resort, indulging in all of the leisurely activities, such as daily massage treatments 💆🏻‍♀️, swimming in different pools 🏊🏻‍♂️ (not beach, since it was so windy), yoga classes 🧘🏻‍♀️, workshops 🧴, animal farms 🐣. The level of professionalism of the staff is outstanding. Everyone we interacted with were kind, helpful and efficient. Mỹ Phượng, our receptionist, was thorough in helping navigate all the facilities and activities. Note that there is not yet watersports offerings at the resort. We stayed in the Hideaway Pool Villa, which we highly recommend. It was incredibly spacious, pristinely clean, has its own pool and garden where we spent the majority of our time 🫶🏻
