Fusion Resort Cam Ranh

I stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. During my stay, the room condition, service, and the hotel’s beautiful swimming pool were all outstanding. Everything exceeded my expectations. What truly moved me, however, happened after I checked out. I had visited the spa and accidentally left my necklace behind. The hotel not only contacted me directly to inform me, but also kindly arranged to ship it all the way to Korea through international delivery. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests went far beyond what I could have imagined. I am deeply touched by this level of service, and I cannot thank the team enough. This hotel has truly set a new standard for hospitality, and I will happily return on my next trip.

We’ve travelled extensively to many luxurious destinations, but the Fusion Resort Cam Ranh truly stood out and exceeded all our expectations.|The resort is set in a stunning tropical garden, right on a long stretch of sandy beach with turquoise waters – absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the General Manager Dawid Koegelenberg and our Fusionista Aelia, whose personal touch made all the difference. Every wish was not only fulfilled but often anticipated.|The entire staff – from the buggy driver and gardener to the restaurant crew, yoga teacher, and spa therapists – were incredibly friendly and attentive. A unique highlight of the resort is its concept of daily spa treatments, included in the stay and offered in a beautifully designed spa temple. The therapists were excellent and made each session a true moment of relaxation.|Our children adored the Fusion Farm, especially collecting fresh eggs each morning. A particularly memorable moment was when our daughter was invited by Dawid to apply sunscreen to the farm pigs – a funny and special experience she’ll never forget!|We had many engaging and thoughtful conversations with Dawid, who always made time to connect with guests. |The food was outstanding – high quality, creatively presented, and delicious. Special theme evenings like the BBQ night by the pool with a DJ, pop-up culinary events, and romantic settings added to the magic.|We loved the variety of activities: yoga sessions by the lily pond, tennis, body scrub making, lantern crafting for kids – there was something for everyone. Our Fusionistas Aelia and Luna took care of all our arrangements, including spa appointments, with great care and efficiency.|Our villa was amazing – spacious, romantic, and beautifully lit, with thoughtful touches like cookies on the bed each evening and personalised welcome and farewell messages. |Special thanks also to the restaurant team, especially our friendly waiters Thin and Quyen to only name a few of the staff that made our stay so pleasant. |The cleanliness of the villa and the entire resort was also remarkable.|We will never forget the wonderful 5 days we spent at this exceptional resort and will definitely return. |A heartfelt thank you also to our travel agent Sabrina Ludin from Stiefvater Reisebüro Weil am Rhein, who organised this unforgettable journey through Vietnam and highly recommended this special place to us.

We stayed at the Fusion Resort for 10 nights in a sea view pool villa. Our experience of the wonderful customer service started before we had even arrived with an email detailing airport pick up and organising times for spa treatments. The room was spacious, huge bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. |There are two restaurants, there are no other restaurants within walking distance of the resort. All the meals in the restaurant were excellent and there is an extensive breakfast buffet . Despite being there so long we found plenty of choices in the menu and as I do not eat meat the staff were very happy top adapt the menu or prepare different dishes.|Daily spa treatments were included and these were a real treat, a busy but relaxing spa.|There is also a small farm within the hotel grounds with chickens, sheep ,pigs and banana eating goats, worth a visit.|The standout point from all the other lovely hotels we stayed in was the high standard of customer service from the General Manager through to restaurant and room service staff. We had two Fusionistas looking after us, Jack and Joe, they really made sure that every aspect of our holiday was enjoyable.|We will definitely plan to return

Fusion was amazing! We’ve travelled to many countries and many resorts, but the Fusion beachside Villa was something very special.||We actually booked an ocean view room at first, but on e we saw the beachfront villa we instantly upgraded. It was worth every penny, and really made the experience incredible.||Joe and the rest of the team were very attentive while always giving our privacy.|We had massages with Ha and Duang, and both were very good and bring a wonderful, calming energy.||We found ourselves just staring out the open door of our villa onto the ocean. Absolutely beautiful. Super private, no noise pollution at all, and the room was very clean. We were also happily surprised that there were almost no mosquitoes! Never had to use smelly, sticky repellent, and never got bit once!||The food was great at all locations, but I think the Breeze restaurant was our overall favorite.||There are only two things I would change|1. A bidet in the bathroom would be a welcome upgrade for a room of that price|2. The bodywash/shampoo bottles are hard to use and should really be a pump instead of a corked bottle.||Thanks for your very attentive service, Joe!

I judge hotels with a very high bar for excellence, rating them strictly against the expectations of their property class (a Holiday Inn versus a Rosewood, for example). With that in mind, my review of this property is based on that rigorous standard. I usually start with the negative, but there is NOTHING negative to say about this property. From check-in to check-out, the service was truly top-notch. They immediately upgraded my room and even put a thoughtful birthday cake in the room. The room was massive, the tub was gorgeous, and the private pool was wonderful. The cleanliness stood out—I always clean surfaces upon arrival, and there was no residual dirt. The decor is modern and the bed was super comfortable as well. The AC worked perfectly. The spa was absolutely lovely and I love how you can call for a buggy to come and pick you up from your room and transport you. The food at the restaurant was really nice. I had the beef pho and a really nice mocktail that stood out. Breakfast was pretty expansive as well. If you are looking for a luxurious experience, but not looking to break the bank, I would consider this property. I would love to come back again.

This is one of the best resort i have experienced in Vietnam though i have stayed with Fusion in Sai Gon, Vung Tau and Da Nang. The staffs are very friendly and polite. I guess they are very well trained before working at this resort. The food is not bad to have some meals at resort, but you can have more choices with shuttle bus (3 times per day if i am not wrong because i did not use it) to dine in the city center. I am very happy with my stay as i stay at the most standard room at Fusion Cam Ranh, and will definitely come back here. I highly recommend this resort for your comfort stay at Cam Ranh- Nha Trang, Vietnam. Last but not least, free spa service brings you the most relaxation during your stay here.

The accommodation was perfect for our family to relax and lacked nothing. There are many beautiful resorts in Nha Trang, so we spent a lot of time debating between several options. Ultimately, we chose Fusion Resort for this family trip. All the staff were incredibly friendly, and the daily complimentary massages were such a wonderful experience. There were some reviews from Korean guests expressing disappointment with the breakfast, but personally, I was very satisfied.||What I loved most about Fusion Resort was the friendly service. I want to specifically praise a staff member named Mai Huyinh (Natalie). Our flight schedule with Vietnam Airlines was suddenly changed, and we faced a huge problem just before check-out. When I went to the front desk to explain the situation, Mai, the manager, personally took the time to make a phone call in Vietnamese on our behalf. ||Thanks to her, we were able to get a direct flight back to Korea without any layovers. While this might be seen as part of the service, I was deeply moved by her help. From this, I could feel how much Fusion Resort values its guests and how well they manage their staff. I would like to express my gratitude to Mai once again. Without her, our family might have been stuck wasting time at the Ho Chi Minh airport. I wish you all the best, and if the opportunity arises, I would absolutely be willing to visit Fusion Resort again. I highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Nha Trang – it is one of the best resorts.||The only downside was the fitness center. For a 5-star resort, I believe that if they improve the gym facilities a little more, many more people would choose to stay at this resort.

The Fusion Resort at Cam Ranh amazed me. I am usually sparing with praise in reviews, but this is going to be an exception. |It is an experience rather than a destination - definitely one I would repeat.|This private resort has a village feel, albeit a very luxurious, very peaceful village. It is not full of families, despite being child friendly. |It is a place for couples. With individual villas having their own private pools, free daily spa treatments, good food and a “vibe” that just slows the world down. I have never experienced a place that was so conducive to romance, relaxing and rekindling relationships. |If you are after nightclubs & parties, this is not the place.|The two large pools weren’t used very much as we preferred the private pool at our villa. Walking straight from the bedroom to the water in privacy was bliss. The villas are well laid out and the gardens lush.|The spa treatments were incredible, and the staff are very experienced. Including free treatments makes all the difference. |The resort is spread out over a large area because of the villa style accommodation, despite this travelling from one area to another made it feel seamlessly interconnected and pickup by electric buggy was quick and convenient, although we did walk most places. |I would recommend paying for the “all inclusive” option for food and drink. Although I suggest that you do not stint on the cocktails as the creativity and the passion of Khoi the mixologist was evident in every sip. |For time away from the resort a bus takes guests to Nha Trang several time a day and there are local restaurants nearby if that is your thing. |Travelling from Australia the flights weren’t direct, but Sydney - Hong Kong then a short hop to Cam Ranh was easy (and worth it to avoid Ho Chi Min city and Hanoi). Direct flights from elsewhere in Asia are available.|Thanks to David and his attentive, professional staff for an unforgettable experience.
