An amazing beach with clears water. Highly secluded beach with not too many people coming here. I have visited this beach quite a few times now and is a definite visit if I am travelling north in Qatar. I can recommend you this place for family and friends. Please keep the beach clean and usable for others. Big thanks to Qatar and Qatar Tourism Authority and Municipality for maintaining this beach and keep it spotless for all of us.

This beach is north of Qatar along the east coast and near Al Ghariya resort. Follow the Shamal highway to then turn towards the right after you pass the Shamal Woqoud petrol station on your right. You follow the road that takes you back into the service road, following a roundabout. Take a left to head straight the beachfront. This beach is excellent for calm shores since it isnt as busy as Sealine. Fridays and Saturdays may get crowds by 8am. An early morning visit before the heat kicks in is suggested. No facilities nearby except, back at the Woqoud you drove past. Restocking and fueling at the Woqoud is a good strategy before visit the beachside. May - September will see it closed due to turtle season. Other months, this beach is perfect for some early morning swims and great spots for a BBQ station.

No doubt..!! It's the Maldives of Qatar. Do i need to say anything more? Its one of the beautiful beaches in Qatar. Not at all crowded. Best for camping and for family. No need of 4x4 vehicle to access. But make sure you stock your essential food and stuffs coz you cannot find any stores there nearby.. Its best if you go in morning, so that you can enjoy the beautiful sun rise. Also best for camping.

Beautiful beach. Muddy sand but rocky when you go out to the sea. Great for kitesurfing especially beginner. Shallow beach. Crystal clear water. Less salty and water is less hurt to your eyes and throat comparing to zeekrit.
