Nice place. Good service. Had the Wednesday set lunch. Set offerings differ daily. Loved the fresh bread. Salad was delicious as well. Tenderloin and fries are well done but portion was small. Macaron dessert is interesting. Was appreciate a bigger portion size given the price of it all. As it stands, the bread was the best thing for this meal.

Had a variety of dishes and every single one of them won me over. Everything was delicious and I was full of praises the whole time. The standout was definitely the Fish Bone Noodles. Perfectly cooked with the noodles being the right level of softness, plus it’s made of fish bones!!! Would definitely be back to try more ☺️ The staff were all friendly, and the ambience was so ideal for a nice meal out.

We celebrated our 24th anniversary over lunch and the set menu offered tremendous value with excellent food, ambience and service. Even the sourdough bread is so good! Shall definitely return to try out their other dishes.

Ordered the Fish Bone Noodles, Charcoal-Grilled Vegetables, Tuna Tenderloin and Blue Trevalla on Potato Scales. Every dish looked and tasted amazing. The cocktails also impressed us. Definitely worth a return trip.

Tried the set lunch and found the food to be thoughtfully presented with a few highlights. The uni crumpet was the star — rich, flavourful, and perfectly bite-sized. The fish burger was a bit too dense for my taste, and the grilled fish, though paired with an interesting curried corn sauce, was slightly tough in texture. Dessert was enjoyable, especially the macaron ice cream sandwich — a nice balance of texture and sweetness. While the setting was lovely and service was attentive, it was really the uni crumpet and dessert that stood out on the plate.

2nd visit: Sunday Brunch served by the table. You choose your mains and starters, and there is a dessert trolley in the end. Just love that this is a more sustainable restaurant with delicious food! Equally nice dishes as my latest visit! 1st visit: A fantastic lunch, where we shared the dishes. Every dish was perfectly executed. And I was pleasantly surprised by their squid, that’s not one of my favourites. Their Charcoal Grilled Indonesian Squid with pickled watermelon rind and Sawtooth Coriander was amazing! The best squid I ever had! Another surprise was the Valrhona Chocolate Macaron with Yellow fin tuna ice cream, it was so fresh! But the lemon pudding was my favourite. The mains was fantastic, Yellowfin Tuna Cheeseburger looked innocent. But such a tasty fish burger, definitely wanna go back for another one! The Sambal roast chicken was nice and spicy! The interior is like entering a relaxing green paradise. Definitely a restaurant you have to visit in Singapore.

Great experience at FYSH! Our lady waitress made the evening wonderful for us. ambience was very nice & beautiful w flowers everywhere (recommend to book ahead, ask for a table w skylight) Food was 3/5, tasty but not wow factor. Slightly burnt for potatoes on the trevalla fish. Total bill was $300+ for 2pax Best part was the dessert menu, champagne parfait was perfect way to end the night!

FYSH at EDITION is an unforgettable dining experience tucked inside The Singapore EDITION, a luxury lifestyle hotel under Marriott. Led by award-winning chef Josh Niland, this restaurant is all about sustainable seafood — using the entire fish in creative, delicious ways! We shared the dry-aged fish, which was packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. The tuna tartare was a standout — light, fresh, and served with crackers made from fish eyes. It might sound bold, but it totally works — such a unique and thoughtful touch. The vibe here is just as impressive as the food. Think vaulted timber ceilings, lush greenery, curated art, and cozy velvet booths — super relaxing and totally Instagram-worthy. It’s perfect for a laid-back lunch or a special dinner. We came for the weekday lunch menu, which offers great value and even includes free parking — a big win in the Orchard area. Don’t miss the Sunday FYSH Roast either if you’re after something comforting and elevated to wrap up your weekend. Highly recommend FYSH for seafood lovers, design enthusiasts, or anyone looking for a refined yet welcoming spot to dine.
