My friend and I ordered a Monday Set Lunch with dessert and swordfish empanadas and fish bone noodles on their à la carte menus. All their dishes were absolutely delicious! My favourite was the fish bone noodles. It was made from fish bones ground into paste, swam in buttery crab broth, and topped with umami xo sauce - texturally complex and deeply savoury. We were served with a lemon pudding, bright and refreshing; a palate cleanser that ended the meal perfectly. Despite the high prices, the superior quality justifies the cost. FYSH is not just a meal - it’s an education in sustainable gastronomic luxury. We'll definitely return for the Sundays FYSH Roast and more!

Nice place. Good service. Had the Wednesday set lunch. Set offerings differ daily. Loved the fresh bread. Salad was delicious as well. Tenderloin and fries are well done but portion was small. Macaron dessert is interesting. Was appreciate a bigger portion size given the price of it all. As it stands, the bread was the best thing for this meal.

Ordered the Fish Bone Noodles, Charcoal-Grilled Vegetables, Tuna Tenderloin and Blue Trevalla on Potato Scales. Every dish looked and tasted amazing. The cocktails also impressed us. Definitely worth a return trip.

Had a variety of dishes and every single one of them won me over. Everything was delicious and I was full of praises the whole time. The standout was definitely the Fish Bone Noodles. Perfectly cooked with the noodles being the right level of softness, plus it’s made of fish bones!!! Would definitely be back to try more ☺️ The staff were all friendly, and the ambience was so ideal for a nice meal out.

I’ve been to many nice restaurants in Singapore, but this one truly impressed me from the very first step I walked in. The design is stunning — a beautiful blend of Bali and Dubai vibes that instantly makes you feel transported. Every dish I tried was delicious, and the waitress gave such great recommendations that made the experience even better. On top of that, every corner of the restaurant is picture-perfect — you can easily take stunning photos wherever you stand. This is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to many times. Highly recommended for both the food and the atmosphere!

2nd visit: Sunday Brunch served by the table. You choose your mains and starters, and there is a dessert trolley in the end. Just love that this is a more sustainable restaurant with delicious food! Equally nice dishes as my latest visit! 1st visit: A fantastic lunch, where we shared the dishes. Every dish was perfectly executed. And I was pleasantly surprised by their squid, that’s not one of my favourites. Their Charcoal Grilled Indonesian Squid with pickled watermelon rind and Sawtooth Coriander was amazing! The best squid I ever had! Another surprise was the Valrhona Chocolate Macaron with Yellow fin tuna ice cream, it was so fresh! But the lemon pudding was my favourite. The mains was fantastic, Yellowfin Tuna Cheeseburger looked innocent. But such a tasty fish burger, definitely wanna go back for another one! The Sambal roast chicken was nice and spicy! The interior is like entering a relaxing green paradise. Definitely a restaurant you have to visit in Singapore.

Stayed the night at Singapore Edition and gave their signature restaurant a try. A fish-themed restaurant was just what our daughter needed! The fish bone noodle was magnificent, as was the tuna cheeseburger! Very relaxing vibe across the place, would love to visit again.

Food was decently above average, staffs need to be more professional especially in f&b. They would come between 2 guests talking abruptly without ‘excuse me’ & that happened quite a bit. Ambience was very good, perhaps only 5 tables were occupied during my visit.
