We shared the dry-aged fish, which was packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. The tuna tartare was a standout — light, fresh, and served with crackers made from fish eyes. It might sound bold, but it totally works — such a unique and thoughtful touch.
The vibe here is just as impressive as the food. Think vaulted timber ceilings, lush greenery, curated art, and cozy velvet booths — super relaxing and totally Instagram-worthy. It’s perfect for a laid-back lunch or a special dinner.
We came for the weekday lunch menu, which offers great value and even includes free parking — a big win in the Orchard area. Don’t miss the Sunday FYSH Roast either if you’re after something comforting and elevated to wrap up your weekend.
