We stayed here 7 nights 10 - 17 November 2025. We were upgraded to an executive suite. There was a lot of room, with a separate space with a desk and the bedroom area with a king size bed. The air con was efficient. There was a free minibar replenished daily. Tea, coffee, Milo and coffee pods were provided. Only two (large) easy chairs provided, one in the bedroom, the other near the desk in the office area. Two windows in two separate walls. A large wardrobe space with only six hangers and a safe very low down near the floor and a couple of dressing gowns. Oddly, there were no drawers at all, anywhere. On one side of the bed there was an electric socket plus both a USB-B and USB-C outlet, but, oddly, nothing on the other side. These were the only USB outlets in the room.||The WiFi seemed strong and I was getting around 40mbps. We both slept well in the comfortable king size bed. One bonus of an executive room is three pieces of laundry per person, per day, an excellent inclusion. There is supposed to be a turndown service, but it happened sporadically, although a few times it was was our fault.||The bathroom was large, with just about enough space for two people to put their toiletries. Weirdly, the shaving mirror was on the opposite side to the sink. The water was just about hot enough to wet shave with and for once, the sink plug worked, meaning the water didn’t run away and that I could clean my contacts safely. The toiletries provided (hand soap, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) were a very nice smelling product from Elemis. The shower was ok.||Breakfast was good. Lots of different things. I was surprised that there was no breakfast provided in the executive lounge, but of course, there’s more choice in the cafe. The executive lounge is quite large and the evening canapés were plentiful. As for the drinks, they even had sparkling wine. A first for me! They came round and replenished glasses as required.||Would I stay here again? I certainly would!
