G2 BOUTIQUE HOTEL

I stayed 8 nights in a “superior” room on the top floor, and although this is not a big, fancy hotel, it’s a very comfortable room for the price. The room was spacious (quite large for a solo traveler) and the refrigerator was the largest I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay, which made my time in Chiang Mai more enjoyable. ||The location is excellent, within walking distance of markets, 7-Eleven, cafes, restaurants, massage shops, and temples. ||Some people may find the shower a little small but it was big enough for me. The room was dimmer than I’m used to, but it’s easy to fix by just opening the curtains to the large glass sliding door. ||I really enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds in the morning and the sliding door/window lets in beautiful sunlight during the day. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was effective and quiet. ||There isn’t an elevator but the staff were so kind to help carry my luggage up and down the stairs for me. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in within this same low price range, and I’d return on my next trip.

I had an incredible week-long stay at G2 Boutique Hotel! The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect home away from home. The price was unbeatable for the quality provided. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I highly recommend G2 Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

We stayed here for about a week in June 2025 One of the more affordable options for a hotel inside the city center, it is a small quiet hotel with less than 10 rooms so it's probably best to book earlier than later, you can walk pretty much anywhere in the old city from the hotel, staff is excellent and kind, the rooms are very nice & aircon worked well, also appreciated getting a late checkout for 100 Baht per hour. I plan on coming back to Chiang Mai in the future and will most likely stay here again!

What a great little find in the old city - if you can get a good deal on Agoda like we did 850 bhat a night rooms are huge and clean and luxurious with a bath and a shower and a separate living room with views over the garden. Quiet perfect location best I could find in Chiang mai for the price!

Had issues with the property, in evening lot of mosquito in room even though windows closed, very dark in room less lighting, limited n broken power socket which made it hard to charge phone. I booked for 6 nights but had bad experience and left the hotel next morning, thanks to Trip dot Com for helping me and one off rebooking to different hotel.

Very nice hotel! The check in staff was really nice and helped us book a tour!It’s a great location for the old city and chiang mai night market is just 10min away. The room was spacious and clean, the second night they didn’t come to clean and take the trash out but still very nice experience.

Lovely quiet location, great value for money with large rooms with plenty of space. We didn’t mind that the rooms were a little dark, but the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!
