This hotel is only just a 4 star hotel and I would agree with other reviews to spend your money somewhere else. |The hotel whilst clean has no atmosphere! |At breakfast on the very last day , the day the hotel was shutting for the season they played music at breakfast, this would have made a huge difference to the atmosphere at breakfast. The rooms whilst me and my friend paid the same rate our rooms were very different, including the fact she had a kettle facility that I did not. Yes could have requested buy by the time I realised there was only 2 days left. The pool is like taking an ice bath , might be great in summer but not for a late break, the beach isn’t clean like the photos it’s full of seaweed and you have to walk pass a run down “ lifeguard hut” to get to beach. The restaurant food was delicious but again no atmosphere so we walked into town for a small selection of open restaurants. If your looking for a late break choose a different island , if your looking for a nice hotel in nice area there are better. Definitely do not go the week they are closing , we were woken by the cleaners at 6.30 who started to deep clean the empty rooms. If you are on the middle floor the ceilings are thin, I know this because every move above me including the peoples ping of a txt on phone could be heard. |Sorry to be honest in this hard climate for Hospitality but if you have saved up and paid over 2k per person for a late break ( including flights yes) then look elsewhere. The friends we made paid half that as a last minute deal which would put a different slant on things

I have nothing bad to say about this incredible hotel. Location is perfect - 20min from airport and walkable to restaurants / harbour. Short drive to local towns, and other beaches, however we found this hotel beach and sea the best in this area of Sardinia !||The service was excellent with such happy generous staff, breakfast buffet was incredible with so many options for all, and the facilities and restaurant were absolutely beautiful. Not to mention the amazing rooms with the best views of the sea front. We stayed in the rooftop pool room, with our own private pool overlooking the sea, I couldn't fault anything, such a special family run hotel.

The location is very good, wonderful place for breakfast and good The Blue restaurant. Really great waiter service on the beach! The compact room with view sufficiant, but worn out. We didn’t get for 6 hours cards to open the room. It was very annoyed and inconvenience - hotel did do anything to fix a bad impression. The sun bed on the beach payable - 40 euro per day (out of first RAW, which is more expensive). No showers on the beach (really strange). No free water at the room, even small snacks you find on the desk payable (no information). Summing up Hotel is not worth the price you should to pay for.

This is an impeccably maintained, expertly curated, stellar property. Picturesque location is even more impressive than photos. Beautiful inside and out, white washed rooms, appealing views and architecture. Visible attention to detail, lots of staff on hand. Perfect air conditioning, clean towels daily and a courtesy housekeeping “pass by” to offer more towels in the evening. Always 3 rolls of toilet paper in bathroom! It seemed to us that every member of the staff was intent on assuring the best experience. Ample breakfast buffet included, lovely pool on property and access to private beach which is stunning. We visited in August and the beach was quiet, water warm, blue sky every day. Very relaxing; recommend and plan to return.

Most incredible hotel !! Service, rooms, restaurant were absolutely excellent and I cannot wait to visit again. We stayed in the suite on the top floor with a beautiful private pool overlooking the sea. Beach with the clearest sea I’ve swam in, enter from hotel !

This hotel has it all! The beach with ‘Maldives’ style water is literally 1 minute away with a straight access from the hotel; the Blu restaurant offers delicious meals, great view to the sea and a good service; the breakfast is copious; the pool area is my favorite with a breathtaking view to the sea and the boats; the room has a good size; and the receptionists are ready to help with whatever needed. Within a walking distance, you will find many restaurants and the lively center of Golfo Aranchi. There are many free parking slots nearby and a small closed parking for small cars. In a nutshell, the hotel has all amenities to make a relaxed holiday in Sardinia. There are of course things to improve but overall will highly recommend and will try to be back in near future !

This hotel is a real gem in a beautiful area. The staff are helpful and recommended restaurants and booked some of them for me. The room was super clean, good aircon and had a lovely bathroom. The food was delicious. Unlike so many hotels today, it’s family run and feels like an authentic slice of Italy. It’s a great location - stunning beaches and lovely restaurants. Lots of Italians on holidays here too which is lovely.

Stayed here with family for 5 days and overall it was very pleasant here are my thoughts:||Positives:|1) Great arrival, the staff were super kind and offered to take bags|2) Great airconditioning. It is very affective |3) Very clean and the room service is super kind|4) Barely any bugs and pretty dust free|5) Beach and pool area not too crowded and very spacious|6) Wheel Chair accesable|7) Very careful and considerate about allergies |8) Not crowded at all||Negatives:|1) Suite is way too small. I dread to think what a normal room must look like|2) Wifi is terrible. It disconnects every 20 minutes. I have read that in other reviews it is to do with the building but they really need to do something about it as for a "4 star" hotel it is ABSURD|3) If you were to use an adaptor on top of your plug, when placing it in the socket in the wall it turns off the light switch which is an annoying design flaw|4) Room is super outdated for the very expensive price. It really needs redoing|5) For the price you pay, you barely get anything worth it other than housekeeping and beach access|6) Breakfast needs a much better buffet as there is barely any selection and a menu is much needed to order freshly cooked items from the kitchen|7) Gym is awful. It is way too small and only has 3 machines|8) Resturant SUPER overpriced. It is €20 for a simple pasta dish which is completely absurd baring in mind everywhere else it is about €15|9) At the beach, it is €4 for an ice cream from a packet which is crazy as everywhere else it is €2.50|10) Staff can be a hit or miss. Some are super nice where as others are rude|11) Very understaffed. Staff are under too much pressure especially at breakfast |||My main tips:|1) Do not eat in the hotel eat out for dinner. It is much cheaper |2) Only stay here for the beach not the luxury of the hotel because you will be super dissapointed
