Great place. Atmosphere in the lounge was awesome, one of the only nicer places to eat in the area. Have been here more times than I can count. Pizzas were awesome and they didn't frown at me when i requested to substitute the olive oil base for tomato. Chardonnay mushrooms, arancini and meatballs are delicious. Chicken scaloppine is flavourful and a great portion. Rack of lamb is delicious. They will also serve items from the lounge in the dining room-just request a lounge menu. The fish and chips could be better. If there is anything wrong with your order or you aren't satisfied, let them know and they promptly fix.

Wanted to surprise my daughter from Trail a birthday dinner. Me living in Langley have no idea how to do it. Called Gabriella & Tom took care of everything & even brought her dessert on the house. She was very happy and clueless how we pulled it off from long distance. Thank you Tom for going Xtra mile to make her birthday a memorable.

For a hotel restaurant, this Italian style pizza was really excellent. I wouldn't call it authentic, but I can stand comfortable saying it's straight up delicious. The crust has a great balance of a crunchy and chewy thin crust. The sauce tastes like real tomatoes, the cheese is gooey and actually tastes like real cheese (it's frustrating that this is something that actually has to be said these days), and the toppings were plentiful and, again, they were fresh and delicious. I got the meat pizza, the Quattro Carni, and all the meat really did taste fresh and high quality. The sausage in particular had awesome texture and the pepperoni had that great crispy quality. I can also say that this pizza reheats extremely well, which is a big factor when I'm ordering for one on a work trip and bringing home leftovers to share. That's a bonus point.

We ate in the lounge area which was chill and cozy. Great service from attentive server. I had the lasagne and pear Gorgonzola salad. The lasagna was generous portion size, tasty, but not extraordinary. It was just a solid hearty choice. The pear Gorgonzola salad was excellent however with a generous portion size and good mix of flavors. I recommend eating here.

Four of us enjoyed dining at Gabriella’s for her exquisite "A Taste of Italy" themed dinner, which was nothing short of extraordinary! This is not just a meal; it's an immersive experience that transports you straight to the heart of Italy. The 6-course dinner was thoughtfully curated, each dish representing a different region of Italy, and the attention to detail was impeccable. When we arrived, it was clear that this was a special place. We had a window seat which allowed us to see across the valley, which reminded me of Park City, Utah. The warm and inviting ambiance set the perfect tone for the evening ahead. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, sharing fascinating stories about the origins of each dish and the regions they hailed from. It was like getting a mini culinary tour of Italy! What stood out to me was the thoughtfulness and care that went into every dish. The presentation was stunning, and the portions were just right, leaving us satisfied. The pacing was perfect, allowing us to savour each bite and be social without feeling rushed. The wine pairings enhanced the experience even further. Having Chef Gabriella meet and speak with us after our dinner was a nice touch! If you're looking for a dining experience that is both delicious and educational, Gabriella’s is an absolute must-visit. Just be sure to book ahead—this is a popular spot for good reason! I can't wait to return and see her next variation of plates from Italy. We highly recommend it!

Went here with my partner for her birthday and was not disappointed! The service was top notch, and the fresh pasta was so delicious. Portions were large enough to bring some home afterward. They even comped our dessert (which they brought out with a candle) for her birthday. Thank you to all the staff! We will absolutely be back.

Third time enjoying the “Tour of Italy”meal. Food was delicious as always. Enjoy relaxing between each course, you need it to enjoy the next one! My only complaint was with my most recent “tour”, with the server. She was friendly but very busy serving other tables that our “tour information” was raced through. She spoke so quickly that we didn’t catch all of it. Plus our pasta was delicious but cold. I think additional staff would have helped. Otherwise a wonderful experience.
