Such a great location and cozy place to enjoy the beauty of Tilcara. Is a small town with amazing views and beautiful people. The service is always on top we also had a wine tasting for our anniversary that was a beautiful detail 💝

Francisco and Eileen were very hospitable hosts. Communication was friendly and helpful. Francisco advised us of walking roots and took us for a fantastic half-day mountain bike adventure, which I highly recommend. Our room was beautifully warm and had an enormous comfortable bed. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room and filtered water always available. The courtyard is quiet and a perfect place to relax. Off road car parking is available 2 minutes away at a small additional cost. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Everyone at Gaia boutique bed and breakfast is warm and welcoming and the service is run to exceptional professional standards with your every need unfussily catered for. Tilcara is a charming town and a perfect base.

Pro's:||Extremely helpful and nice owners that provide maps and advice at check-in. Spacious rooms, nicely and cozy furnished. Lovely in-yard and "balcony" in the second floor. We loved the water cooker and complementary coffee and tea on the rooms. Nicely renovated bath rooms, good water pressure, hair dryer, complementary hair products. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast with fresh juice, coffee, tea, bread, cake, jams, butter. Close to all high-rated restaurants in Tilcara. Supermarket vis-a-vis of the hotel.||||Con's:||Room was a bit too dark, during daytime sometimes a bit too warm. Saturday night was very loud due to being close to the plaza.

We had a great time at Gaia. Francisco is very friendly and a great guide during the mountainbike trip. He can tell you a lot about the environment and history of argentina. The rooms are very nice, nice shower and delicious breakfast with homemade bread and confiture. Highly recommend this place! Must visit in tilcara.

One of the loveliest places we have stayed. It is designed with taste. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable. The hosts are helpful and friendly. The breakfast tasty. The location central. I plan to return to Tilcara, and wouldn't think of another place to stay. Top marks! Thank you!

The staff who greeted us could speak perfect English which was helpful. Comes with breakfast which was good. Room was nice and clean with many amenities and tea/coffee. Good price and convenient to walk to the bus station and the main square with restaurants.

We spent two nights in Tilcara at the Gaia Habitaciones and really enjoyed the experience. Francisco was very friendly and the room was very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and the restaurants that Francisco recommended were both good and nearby. While it is unlikely that we'll visit Tilcara again, we can still recommend Gaia to anyone who does.

Clean Roms, good price, abundant breakfast, friendly service. This is a great little boutique hotel located 2 blocks away from the main plaza. Rooms are very clean and the price was really good. Owners were very friendly and helpful
