Gaïa - Resto Végan

Nice cozy coffee shop with a surprising selection of wines and quite a bit of space with a bar on the second floor. Nice vibes, the galette du bibi was great, and the staff was very kind and accommodating alternatives in English through some of their payment pains as they were still in the first month since opening.

Lovely vegan restaurant! I've been making the trip from Montreal every autumn to eat here - it has become a tradition for our family. The savory crepes are the best ones I've ever had in my life (vegan or not), and the crepes are stuffed to the brim and super satiating. My favorite is the "crepe dejeuner", which is filled with cashew ricotta, vegan egg, and mushrooms. They have an extensive menu with brunch options, sweet and savory crepes, pizzas, sandwiches and wraps, bowls, tons of desserts and pastries, ice cream, juices and smoothies, etc. Service was quick and super friendly. They're located in Vieux-Bromont and they have a sunny outdoor dining area (heated in the fall) with a view of the quaint street.

They serve tasty vegan and gluten free foods. You have the options. They are open very early, great for travellers that have to take the road in the morning. Terrasse is nice. Service is good. Cute little place for some healthy food. Make sure to make a stop there whenever you are around the area!

I drive 1.5 hours to come and try this place. There were so many people showing how popular is this spot. The food looks delish, I only came in to get Ice cream this time. I got to use their washroom, so clean, very homey. The ice cream is soft served just like I used to like, no where in Montreal can you get this today. I will return to try their food on their terrace.

Nice vegan restaurant in Bromont ! Menu is amazing, lots of options ! My friend and I took the butter tofu and shish taouk sandwich. Really good ! And their golden milk is heavenly 🌱 My only complaint would be ; I called to ask if we could dine in, the lady said « yes, and we have plenty of tables on the terrace » so we went on a Sunday around 1pm, and it was FULL. Like, tons of people. We should have probably make a reservation, but I wish she would have suggested it. No big deal tho, we sat at a counter in the end so all good ! A great vegan restaurant serving homemade fondue and delicious pancakes (crepes). Everything is made with fresh ingredients and the desserts are awesome. Pricey but worth the quality. They also do smoothies and bowls. A couple of stairs up to get in. Free parking is available.

Lovely atmosphere, everything we ordered was delicious. The butter "chicken" was ouy of this world. Truly a gem of a place!

I stopped there on my way to a spa for brunch and realized that this restaurant would be worth the drive from Montreal alone! What an awesome find. I had the Greek Crepe and it was amazing.
