GAIL’s Bakery was recommended by a friend who shares my love of delicious bakeries, and I was delighted to find a café conveniently located next to my hotel. GAIL’s Bakery is truly a charming spot, with a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The display was simply irresistible, so we couldn’t help but order several treats. Each one looked like a work of art and tasted absolutely heavenly, perfectly complemented by a delicious creamy coffee latte. A huge thank you to the GAIL’s Bakery team for their prompt, professional, and friendly service. Our order was taken smoothly and delivered to the table with great care and elegance. Honestly I love Gails!! The cinnamon bun is addictive, STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN! My top 3 recommendations: Ham&cheese Croissant, cinnamon bun, brown butter financiers & roasted sweet potato & freekeh salad. The food never disappoints, the quality is always there! My favourite branch is the London Bridge one! The staff is friendly. There is these 2 gentlemen’s that served me in separate occasions, GREAT service & they are one of the reasons I keep coming back. Thank you ❤️

The two staff members working the closing shift today 24/08/25 were incredibly kind and lovely. I was having a bad day but the excellent service along with my brownie + iced matcha + agave made me feel much better<3 thank you very much

The lovely Muslim girl had the best customer service ever. Unfortunately I didn’t her name but she was so friendly and recommended the best pastry and was so lovely about it! Thank you for making a journey home on a late Thursday night so memorable!

Gail’s at London Bridge – A True Gem Fantastic spot for fresh bread and breakfast pastries! The selection is both healthy and delicious, from artisanal bread and cakes to breakfast cereals, jams, and cookies. Quality ingredients and great flavors make it a standout choice. The only downside might be the price, but for the quality, it’s well worth it. A must-visit for a quick bite or a takeaway treat. Rating: 8/10

I usually enjoy visiting Gail’s Bakery and was happy to see how clean and well-presented the unit looked overall. However, during my recent visit, I noticed two floating lights hanging above the food counter that had a thick layer of dust on them. It looked like the dust could easily fall onto the food below, which was quite off-putting. I hope management can address this quickly, as it would make the space as spotless as it deserves to be.

Always go extra hot with the drinks or you’ll be Lucky if it’s warm by the time you get to the platform. The dark hot chocolate is nice about 30 percent of the time - a lot of the time they are stingy On the chocolate compared to other Gail’s and never melted properly- always lumpy at the end . Not fear for £4.85 a drink!
