Galani Coffee

We love the coffee. It’s nice for home use as well. The cookies are nice too. Their service tho meh … it’s not constant. The place looked beautiful, my pictures doesn’t do it justice. I hope they will fix their service and give priority for customers.

Gallani is an exceptional establishment that offers a delightful dining experience. The service, food, and beverages were all of the highest quality. The ambiance of the place is also quite appealing.

I have been to Galani Coffee many times, so this review is based on many experiences. As soon as you think you find the best place to sit, one of the waitresses who, by the way, are nowhere available to take orders will rush to scold you off it. You will feel an awkward unwelcome and probably will end up sharing a seat with someone on a very uncomfortable bench. All the seats scream ‘’Take your coffee and leave!’’ super uncomfortable. The irony is that people just don’t take their coffee and leave; they are there to stay, doing their 9-5 job out of their office. If you are lucky and place an order, order your drinks first because your food will take forever to be served, even though it is very delicious. The hot drinks are very well brewed and enjoyable. During our time, we saw so many customers going through a similar experience; it was fascinating. It is like a cycle. With the coffee market booming and offering similar but better service, if the situation continues like this, people will get fade up and move on.

I had a bad experience at gelani coffee we went there to have fasting ice latte they didn’t have so we ended up ordering strawberry juice and it was so bad it tasted so sour we couldn’t drink it we asked the waiter what was the problem she said it was boiled that’s why I don’t even know why we ended up paying 300 per juice I don’t recommend it for anyone.

One of the best places in Addis. For drinks, try the affogato, lemon fizzy cascara, lavender latte, macchiato and ginger and cinnamon latte. For food try the chicken salad, egg sandwich, and any of the savoury crepes. So filling! The staff is so hardworking and kind, they go above and beyond. Plenty of parking space and outdoor seating.

A calm location to visit if you enjoy coffee. It's also a terrific place to read or study, and you can even bring your laptop and complete work there. Art galleries are also present at this coffee shop. The atmosphere, the service, and of course the meal and coffee we had were all wonderful.

Gelani is one of the best coffee shop in Addis. The food is amazing. The coffee is fabulous. Great atmosphere.

The place is nice but service is 0/10 you literally wait 30 mins to place your order and half of the items in the menu are not available. The waitress don't have an appearance to even take your orders. Great place if you want to get some work done.
