So we went to Addis convention center today and we wanted to buy an ice cream. The lady working there was so rude!!! Very mean! All we asked was to try the ice cream we wanted to try but she literally said "uffff" and rolled her eyes!! Like you're there to serve people CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Such a rude lady she is on the picture provided.

One of the best places in Addis. For drinks, try the affogato, lemon fizzy cascara, lavender latte, macchiato and ginger and cinnamon latte. For food try the chicken salad, egg sandwich, and any of the savoury crepes. So filling! The staff is so hardworking and kind, they go above and beyond. Plenty of parking space and outdoor seating.

A calm location to visit if you enjoy coffee. It's also a terrific place to read or study, and you can even bring your laptop and complete work there. Art galleries are also present at this coffee shop. The atmosphere, the service, and of course the meal and coffee we had were all wonderful.

it's an amazing chill coffee shop that has delicious coffee and good quality food, the atmosphere in all 4 branches is very relaxing. the space at en toto has a stunning green view that transports you in another space, the one opposite MiNT has the best afogato I have ever tasted and the one in Jackros has an incredible mix of modern feel in a local setting.

The place is nice but service is 0/10 you literally wait 30 mins to place your order and half of the items in the menu are not available. The waitress don't have an appearance to even take your orders. Great place if you want to get some work done.
