Amazing hotel really with great facilities. The service is so personalised and makes you feel special. The staff left very considering notes in the room to look after you. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Centrally located and easy access to most places in Macau. Loved the experience

I took a star off cus the place was showing signs of old age at some areas, which is quite a pity. otherwise, service is still great after allllll these years

Amazing experience. We chose this over Venetian because we had a kid with us who enjoys the pool. The water park is quite good and we spent 2-3 hrs every day in the wave pool, lazy river and the water slides. The staff was super helpful. They have a pillow menu which was cool. Right next to Venetian too, although its a 10 min walk. The also set up a cute tent in the room for my kid, check out the photos.

This place is a luxury overload! I thought i was in a palace. There are free shows in different lobbys. I went just to see the interior and the casino. I had to spend almost 2 hrs just to walk around this place. Awesome!
