Galaxy Hotel

Galaxy Macau really impressed us from the moment we walked in. The lobby alone is worth the visit — beautifully designed, bright, and full of stunning details that make the whole place feel warm, elegant, and luxurious. The central dome with its changing lights is absolutely gorgeous and makes for great photo moments. It’s one of the most visually impressive hotel complexes we’ve seen on this trip. The shopping area is fantastic as well. A great mix of luxury brands, watch boutiques, and specialty shops, all laid out in a way that’s easy to walk and enjoy. We spent time exploring the promenade and never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Everything is clean, organized, and visually beautiful. It feels like a luxury mall and resort blended into one seamless space. The restaurants inside Galaxy are also excellent. There’s a wide variety to choose from, and the places we tried had fresh ingredients, great service, and well-prepared dishes. It’s very convenient to move from dining to shopping to the entertainment areas without ever stepping outside. Overall, Galaxy Macau delivers a complete experience — luxury, comfort, great food, beautiful design, and top-tier service. Whether you’re here to shop, eat, explore, or just enjoy the atmosphere, this resort is absolutely worth visiting.

While Galaxy is known for its casino and entertainment, in my honest opinion, it is also the perfect stay for those who are just looking for a simple vacation. The hotel itself is of the highest standard. Spotless rooms, exceptional service, (shout-out to Wiz, and many other staff members that we have encountered.) Worth every penny. Extra points for superbly sound-proof rooms. Sorry to nitpick, we did have one slightly unpleasant experience at the food-court inside the hotel. We asked very politely if a food stall was still open, the person working there did not even look at us, or reply to us. Instead, they angrily picked up the operating hours sign and banged it against the table. Sorry that we missed the sign but such display of rudeness is unnecessary.

As an American, Macau can be a little intimidating. The first and frankly only time I have felt so at home my entire trip is when David from New Zealand came to deliver my room service. He made me feel welcome, his subtle humor made my night, and his attitude made me forget about losing a little money at the casino. I think we need more Davids in the world. The amenities are good and the casino is good, but if the Galaxy staff has more people like David they will be in business for a long time to come. Fantastic hospitality 12/10

The service was amazing as soon as we arrived at the hotel from Jake, Jammy, and Kelvin, who gave my child chocolate as soon as we arrived at the hotel, and the service from the receptionist was amazing, giving us a late check out until the afternoon. The children were given a complete goodie bag for my child and very happy. When we checked out, Jake gave us souvenirs from the Galaxy Hotel and served us wholeheartedly. This hotel is our regular every time we come to Macau because it has the best swimming pool in Macau.

Beautiful property, one of the biggest casinos in the town. Craps table which was earlier in Venetian has been removed and now only Galaxy had this (Among all casinos I visited) Diamond show was fun.

Very dissapointing casino service. I was approached to become a member. I spent 10 minutes with staff signing up and was told I'd get $50hkd to use on the slot machine. Once the money appeared there was an error and the money instantly disappeared. The two staff members laughed as they didn't know what happened. Then they quickly left before I could ask about the issue. Very unprofessional. The machine is unreliable with the credit money, why would I risk putting real money into the machines. My group saw what happened and we all left immediately as Galaxy had lost trust. Not worth signing up to be a member, go to another more reliable casino. Limited English on the machines and signs.

Really convenient, we can spend days here and can’t cover all the areas. Too bad, the pool was under maintenance process and we couldnt use it. Galaxy resort deck looking so nice and we want to bring our kids next time. We really love the service here. From the bell service to the staffs throughout the hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and walked pass Diamond lobby everyday. Just found out after check-out that there’s diamond right in the middle of the fountain in the lobby. The show took few minute only.
