GALERIA Düsseldorf Königsallee

Large department store in a very central location with a good variety of shops and products under one roof. Convenient for quick shopping and browsing, especially during sales. Can get quite crowded at peak hours, but overall a solid and practical place to shop

Venue: stunning building. The building façade is lovely. There are four floors or something similar. Beauty, bags, jewellery are in the ground floor. All is clean and well distributed. The second and third floors have men and women clothing. The fourth has really great toys for kids: Lego, Playmobil (great price), teddies, dolls, board games....but also stationary and kitchen and tableware. I think im the underground floor there is underwear. Toilets are available, still are old and you have to pay. Parking: there is a paid parking lot which is not very nice. Places are narrow, old, quite some pillars that make difficult to manoeuvre the car. I'm not sure if this is still the case, but I remember that the "automaat Kassa" for paying the parking only accepted cash. Can not remember if this is changed. However, there is an underground station exit just in front of the shopping mall. The selection of articles in the shop is good. The staff is friendly and the building is gorgeous.

Very big department store with five or six floors. You will find everything you need, cloths and shoes for men, women and kids, chocolate and candies, kitchen and home goods, cosmetics, bags, etc. I especially enjoyed wandering around the home goods session. They are not cheap, but are high quality products and very beautiful. You could easily spend a couple of hours here. The outside and surroundings are beautiful too. Could be a fun trip for a day.

Kind and professional help in the stationary section on the top floor. Heartwarming. ⭐I went specifically for a refill of my Caran d’Ache ballpoint pen. The sales assistant on duty kindly pointed me to two competitors, one with a 100% chance of carrying that product and the other a 60% chance. ⭐She put the customer’s needs above everything. Was patient and professional. I left the department store with deep gratitude. I will do everything within my personal power to bring more business to this beautiful place.

Went to John Mallon parfumerie today . Sales woman with blond hair short with butterfly tattoos on her hands and palms in her 50 s 60 s was very rude with a huge ego . Definitely a narcissist . She didn’t want to serve me and constantly talking how great she is and 30 years in sales . She made me feel I have a problem and not her . And this was all my fault because I came to buy a Parfüm ! I’d blame only the ignorant and unskilled management who employs wrong people just like them .

Galleria is one stop for many things. One can find the range of varieties from low to high. For men’s you can check here Polos, jeans, Jockets, briefs, shoes (you can see sports and casual ) and night ware,perfumes, bags and briefcase, watches (you can see big collection of watches here ranges from 40 to 3000 euros) and glasses 👓 ( Rayban, Okley and many other brand you can check here) and you can see some gold and other jewellery in ground floor and at the last busy come chocolates in ground floor( you can find different variations of chocolates 🍫 and some hand made chocolates too). Yes and for women’s ground floor is heaven and they can find all what they want( perfumes, cosmetics, lipsticks , eyeliner, mask and i don’t know complete list for makeup you can find many more and good handbags). Gold and silver Jewellery for women are too good. You can find varieties of clothing for women depends on season and check shoes collection too. Staff are very friendly and always there to assist you. Once shopping done have coffee in the ground floor near entrance. Happy shopping 🛍️

Galeria Kaufhof is located inside a beautiful historical building right at the beginning of the world-famous shopping street Koenigsallee. The shopping center is spread over several floors and even has a very convenient cafeteria at the entry level. There is an immense selection of items for all tastes, prices and purposes and shopping here is always an adventure. The home selection is probably my favorite due to the fact that it displays hard-to find products but I have also been impressed by the Beauty section. I only wish their clothing assortment was better merchandised.
