Galeria Rooms

The location was great and air conditioning too. However, the shower was clugged (we told the reception with no improvements) and the shower holder was broken. We were in room 5. Not that bad but clearly not as good as we expected.

Great view of the park! Everything was just fine except the parking situation. When leaving, you have to use the remote, drive out, find a place for your car, then go back in to drop off the remote. It would be nice to have a little lock box outside for that. I was afraid I would lose my GPS when I left my car to return the remote, so I left the car running and open and worried that someone may have driven away in it.

The pillows are the LEAST fluffiest I've ever had. No joking btw. What we slept on can't be called a pillow and even the bed. As a hotel, you have only one job: providing a comfortable sleep and proper shower to your guest. And Gloria failed in both. Shower head was broken, the bed is hilariously uncomfortable and pillows are in the size of 'non-existence'. We stayed 9 nights and no cleaning is provided to the room during our stay. They have 'cleaning only once in two days' policy which is totally fine. But I suppose the cleaners only come in the early morning and if you are in the room, you miss your opportunity for the rest of your stay. It is like a game I would say. Okay just to be fair, location is perfect. You are in city center and bus station 12 min walk which makes everything easier. And second point to be fair, the ladies in reception were always kind and helpful. That's all.

Our stay at Galeria was perfect. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Huge comfy bed and great view of the street below outside our window. It was a nice quiet area, but also very close to the city centre. The main restaurants and walking strip were just 5 minutes away. Our room was cleaned every couple of days and they gave us fresh, clean towels. Would absolutely come back here, thank you for an amazing stay!

Rooms are basic but clean and the bed is comfortable. We have been there in August with the family and we had to book 2 rooms with air conditioning (as stated in the website). Unfortunately in one of the two room air conditioning did not work and considering the hot whether in August period this was hardship to bear. I was disappointed because, despite they knew, they did not advise at the time of check in nor arrange to have fans to mitigate the problem . They anyhow provided 2 fans quickly later but our stay was not pleasant as could have been. The position is good as well but I guess all places are ok considering Lubiana is a very small city. The staff is ok even if “customer care” is not one of their strength 😊

This is NOT a hotel. That's false advertisement. This is a HOSTEL with studio rooms. No Elevator. The beds are uncomfortable, the pillows are 1/3 meter tall and nothing is as it appears of the photos. I don't know how they got a 7.5 rating on travlers guide. Bed sheets were scratchy and old, room was dirty. Lots of false advertisement. Funds won't be returned if you cancel.

This was just wrong. They charged us for a parking spot even though it was'nt written anywhere. But nevermind that. When we came and payed for parking, receptionist told us that air conditioning isn"t working while outside is 36 degrees. The only thing that has to work is that. For 100eur per night we could have a much better room anywhere else. Never again.
