Sitting and waiting drinks more than 20 minutes is riddicilous. Waitress explaining to peoples drink card more than 10 minutes till much tables are waiting for ordering or cleaning table. Peoples are leaving terrace, so much of them, losing clients is losing money in business. Waitress is bringing drinks to the terrace with drinks which should be served to clients inside. The bartender is coming and saying to peoples that they will wait cuz "bartender is flying like a fly in the bar." Finnaly after I have been served, personeel didn't ask who is drinking which drink, she just drop it on table, for sure wrong (amateur).The place needs to reset management (I think unprofessional person is leading this place), they need to educate a personeel about flow, work, politness and and do much to be profesional becaue it is bit paradoxal that galerie which have amazing interiour have that basic and poor quality of the service.
