No words could describe how incredible we were looked after by all the team for our wedding weekend. Donna our wedding co ordinator and Kerri Ann where just amazing to deal with from the first day we made contact with them, nothing was an issue and anything we asked was delivered. They really turned our dream wedding into a reality. Paul looked after us for the weekend and he did a terrific job everything from food and service was just exceptional. Our day 2 bbq also looked after Paul was just amazing too, we couldn’t fault one thing. We stayed in signature suite and it’s a stunning space to get ready the morning of the wedding spacious and very modern. We loved it. Pete looked after us in the wedding car and was so friendly as is Andrew. On every visit we ever had to the resort we where always greeted with a smile and welcome home they said. They even remembered our children’s names and for us that was just so amazing! Thank you so much to all the team for giving us a weekend that we will remember forever, if your considering the Galgorm (renaissance suite) for your wedding don’t hesitate just book it you will not be disappointed. Thank you again |Charlene and Gavin ❤️

Had a lovely 2 night break which was first time there, the rooms were great however very hot at night even with the Dyson fan supplied in the room. Lovely touch of the chilled water tap in the room and complimentary minibar. Food for breakfast and the restaurant was amazing. Already planning to go back.

Our stay was absolutely dreadful! We booked to stay in a cottage, the heating didn’t work and the fuse for the lights and tv has blew after 3 phone calls to reception someone finally came up. Heating couldn’t be fixed so we were moved to a cabin where the heating also didn’t work, then we got moved again into the hotel by this time it was 10pm. Bearing in mind during all this upheaval it was lashing down with rain, we got soaked. Our whole night was ruined, couldn’t even get to the thermal spa. |This whole time no manager came near us!||We were informed we would have a late check out at 1pm. |Spoke to a manager and the only thing she could do was refund us £55 which is ridiculous bearing in mind the stay cost over £300 and was suppose to be a wedding gift! |When I asked to speak to the manager again, I was told she was in a meeting which was not true as I seen her come out and speak to other guests! ||Would not rate this hotel at all they do not treat their staff with 5 stars at all! ||The galgorm have proudly ruined our stay and wedding gift!! |We’ve felt so disappointed and upset during this stay and were made to feel no better when checking out! ||Kind regards |Jenna Cousins

We stayed in the Shepards Hut with out little dog. It was perfect and fully equipped. The outdoor bath was a great touch. We stayed for our first wedding anniversary and there was a surprise card, drinks, and gift from the team. All employees are all brilliant at what they do, and every square inch of the complex is spotless

16 of us headed to the Glagorm for my neices hen party. 12 were staying in the Red Oaks house and 4 in the Shepards hut. The girls staying in the Red Oaks had to pay an extra £30 each to enter the Spa. All in all the rooms are great and the staff really lovely. My gripe is the difference in the price of a bottle of Bottega Prosecco. Myself and a few other girls bought a bottle each at the Thermal Village for £58.00 for the group which I thought was really pricy but it was a hen party after all and we were there to enjoy the lovely outdoor hot facilities. When we went back to our Shepards hut room there was a price list of food and drink to get delivered. The exact same bottle of Bottega Prossecco was on there for £19.00. I was dumfunded and rang reception just incase we had been overcharged to be told we werent and its just the price they charge in the Thermal Village. Just be warned. This came as a massive shock to us and put a bit of a dampner on the weekend. I understand a bit of a price increase for those maybe spending a day in the spa without staying at the hotel but to charge residence nearly triple the price is utterly scandalous.

No matter the weather, this place never disappoints. I’ve been in sun, rain and fog and the outdoor experience is unmatched to anything else I’ve experienced. Personally, I prefer light drizzle since you get to truly enjoy the warms of the outdoor pools and jacuzzis. Is it expensive? Yes but if you are looking a small getaway from home or a day of celebration then this is a great option for you
