Location, Location, Location! One of the best views in Santorini. Beautiful cafe overlooking the Aegean Sea. Have a seat, relax and grab a drink and something to eat and soak in the beauty. It’s a nice walk from the cable car and away from all the cruise passengers.

We stayed at Galini Hotel for three nights in the premier room with a private balcony, which included breakfast. The views from our room were breathtaking. We watched the sunsets in privacy, without having to be with hundreds of tourists. ||The hotel is perfectly situated in the quaint town of Firostefani, where you can find all the amenities you will see in Fira but without being overwhelmingly busy or noisy. It is just a 10-minute walk from Fira and we had no issues doing that every night. It's also a 3 min walk from the famous Three bells of Fira and on the path to Oia trail, which we did. You can also find a variety of places in town if you want to stay local for dinner.||The rooms were impeccably clean with a simple Aegean elegance. They are on the smaller size but that is expected for Europe. Three things set this place apart: Breathtaking views, outstanding warm service and incredible breakfast...I mean out-of-the-world breakfast. It was the best in our two-week vacation in Greece: yogurt with fresh fruits, freshly squeezed orange juice, latte, omelets, buttery croissants, pancakes...Having breakfast in our private balcony, overlooking the caldera was the highlight of our trip. It was all prepared on-site by a lovely lady, who I believe was the mother of the hotel owner, but unfortunately, I didn't get her name. ||Mariami, at the reception was incredibly helpful. She arranged our transfer from the airport and to the port, gave us tips on places to go around the island and they were so accommodating to let us have the room for a later checkout. They even gave us a lovely keepsake when we left, which was a nice thoughtful touch. ||We travel quite extensively, and I am thorough in my research when I look for hotels but I was overwhelmed with Santorini given there are so many out there and prices can be quite ridiculous. This is a true gem and exceeded our expectations for the value. ||If you are looking for a quaint, personalized experience, with those breath-taking caldera views, this is a true gem.

We had breakfast here and it was mediocre at best. The service was notably terrible. One server seemed put off by even the most reasonable request (milk for coffee) and then almost spilled a plate on us. They couldn't keep our order straight and everything came out at random times, so one person's entree arrived when the rest of us were almost finished. The egg white omelette was runny and the Santorini eggs are just scrambled eggs with sweet ketchup mixed in. The fruit salad was good and the view is incredible, but that didn't make up for the restaurant's flaws in my opinion.

Four of us went there for breakfast and it was amazing! The location is beautiful, but more importantly the food was delicious. The people were very friendly and when a couple of our breakfasts were a little cold, she offered to remake them, but we said it was fine. At the end of our meal she brought us these amazing croissants to apologize for our meals. We would definitely recommend this to all who visit Santorini. It is towards the famous Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church.

I ordered Greek coffee with sugar on the side. When I asked for a stirrer, one server told me you’re not supposed to stir it and that I should have asked for sugar to be added before brewing. The lady who took my order never mentioned that, and since I’m new to Greek coffee, I had no way of knowing. Anyway, the food was mediocre and the service was just meh. Great view of caldera though.

Even though the location is obviously amazing and the food menu is quite special and has a some really cool choices, such as coconut yogurt which is rare , the service is actually a joke. They had to make my omelette three times because they could not understand that I wanted no salt and oil and kept bringing it with. The water came half an hour after we had seated, and the one of the two coffees hadn’t been noted. it was obviously a disaster. And for such an expensive breakfast , honestly disappointing and unacceptable.

Best view. Very nice atmosphere The girl who served us was very nice and friendly, however some of her colleagues were not. The guy at the bar a bit on the rude side. We were going to have more drinks and a salad but decided against. the cappuccino was dreadful. And €7 ! Not sure is worth the price.

We were mid-writing trip while in Santorini and needed a solid breakfast spot to kick off the day, Galini Café delivered. We hadn’t booked, so waited around 10 minutes, but lucked out with a front-row table right on the edge. If you’re reserving, definitely ask for that spot, the caldera views are unreal. The food was fresh, tasty, and well presented. Service was relaxed but attentive, polite and responsive without feeling over the top. Perfect morning reset before diving back into work. We’d go back in a heartbeat.
