We had a great day at Galleria Dallas with our son and family! The mall is very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. There are plenty of stores for all ages, and my son loved the ice rink—it kept him entertained while we shopped. The dining options are excellent, and the atmosphere is vibrant but comfortable for families. It’s a perfect place for a fun family outing in Dallas. Highly recommend!”

Very nice mall with pretty much every store you could want. There are also good food and drink options, an ice skating rink and a huge Christmas tree. While other malls are dying, this one seems to be doing just fine. Parking can be an issue though on busy weekends.

Shopping malls aren't doing well in the US right now. This place is maybe 10% full on a Friday evening. The only store that was full was Apple. Still great to walk around. Also, the ice rink is a fun addition for all ages.

Here is just the mall , and the skating ⛸️ with the 🎄 Christmas in the middle, expensive for two ppl almost 50 bucks.. anyways expensive also bcs you need to know how staking and than you will enjoy of not you just pay go inside and hold around the wall that's all.. this is NOT BAD REVIEW im.just saying its just the mall and skating so 🤷. I don't likes malls in general and i only came for my son..

Pretty cool mall to go to. Decided to take my kids here and relive some childhood memories. For first timers my kids enjoyed it very much, but the only thing we wish is that they at least had some game stores...at least 1. Overall it was great and we had a blast!

It was a really nice and beautiful mall, bigger than expected. However, I think they should have more restrooms. It took a while to find one because the only ones in the area were under repair.

visited Galleria Mall in Dallas and had a great experience. The mall is clean, spacious, and very well organized. It has a wide variety of stores, from popular brands to higher-end shops, so it’s easy to find something for every taste. The atmosphere feels comfortable and safe, and there are plenty of places to sit and relax while shopping. I also liked the dining options—there are many restaurants and cafés to choose from, which makes the visit even better. The staff in the stores were friendly and helpful, and the overall environment is enjoyable. If you’re looking for a nice shopping destination with good stores, good food, and a relaxing vibe, Galleria Mall is definitely worth visiting.

Just about everything store you could possibly want. I took off a star because it felt like there was no rhyme or reason to how things were organized. Like food places were kinda scattered. Also, the bathrooms are few and far between. But we went there for the Boomont Hotel Halloween thing and that was a good time. Lot's and lots of parking. It wasn't too badly crowded. They keep it super cold but there is an ice rink. So, seeing as how malls are kind od dying slowly, it's nice to have a true mall still around. Wear your walking shoes.

This mall is so nice!! I was staying nearby and ended up visiting a couple of times. Malls around where I live are not that nice or elaborate, so it was pretty surprising to see how much the Galleria had to offer. There's multiple floors here, so you could almost spend an entire day if you wanted to. Many food options, shops (from standard to high end,) and even a skating rink in the center! There are also hotels connected and nearby. If you are a shopper and are visiting Dallas, you'll probably love this mall!

Oh, you want a scathing review? Alright, here we go: --- **The Galleria Dallas: A Monument to Disappointment** I don't know if I've ever felt more let down by a shopping mall in my life. The Galleria Dallas is the equivalent of that one friend who promises you the world, but then shows up late, eats all your snacks, and leaves early, leaving you with nothing but regret. Let's start with the parking situation. If you want to spend your day circling around like a vulture trying to find a spot, be my guest. And when you do, be prepared for the lovely experience of paying a premium for the privilege of parking in a place that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in decades. So, great, I'm already annoyed and I haven't even stepped inside yet. Once you enter the Galleria, it's like you've been transported to some alternate dimension where nothing makes sense. The design of the mall? A confusing labyrinth of overpriced stores that all feel eerily the same. Is it high-end luxury or a cheap imitation of luxury? It's honestly hard to tell, and frankly, I don't care anymore. Who knew you could feel both claustrophobic and overwhelmed by a mall? The food court is a whole other level of disaster. You can get everything from fast food that tastes like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for a century, to overpriced, bland "gourmet" options that make you question all of your life choices. And don't even get me started on the seating. There's barely enough room for your legs, let alone for you to enjoy whatever mess of a meal you've just handed over your hard-earned cash for. Oh, and the ice rink. It's touted as a "unique feature" of the Galleria, but it's a sad, underwhelming afterthought. A once-promising attraction, it now feels more like a reminder of just how out of touch this mall is with what people actually want. And God forbid you try to get any customer service. The employees? A mix of indifferent teenagers on their phones, middle-aged managers who don't know what's going on, and a general air of "we don't care, but thanks for the money." In conclusion, the Galleria Dallas is like the mall version of a bad blind date. It looks good on paper, but it's a soul-sucking experience that'll leave you counting down the seconds until you can leave. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Anywhere else. GO TO THE VALLEY VIEW CENTER

This is where you can find all of your high end luxury shops: Cartier, VCA, Chanel, Dior, Brunello Cucinelli, Loewe, Hermes and Goyard to name a few. This place is beautiful and immaculate. All the shops are outdoors, so it doesn't look like your typical mall. They even have a theater called the Village Theatre. It was raining the day I was there, so I didn't get to look around as much as I would have liked to. The parking was full. Luckily, some guy pulled out of a stall right when we arrived.

Ok first time at the Galleria in Dallas! It is huge like the galleria in Houston, but I feel that it wasn't too much to find today. I do like how they have security and management throughout the mall. They are very helpful and nice. They have good store selections to choose from. They have high end and basic stores to buy from. It's many levels at this mall so get your walking shoes ready. The parking can get busy and super packed! I love the skating rink and the entertainment of it!

First time at the Galleria and it was a lot to take in. This place is so big and there's so much to do. They have an ice rink at the lower level, which has some restaurants. The 2nd-4th floor has the shops and other restaurants as well. I like how their food court is not overly busy with food choices and there are other eating options in other parts of the mall. It looks like they're going to open soon with the Netflix experience, so I can't wait for that. Overall, a really nice place to check out. Plus, they do have some Haagen-Dazs if you wanna walk around and eat ice cream.

Second time back and this time was for holiday shopping. Getting into the parking lot would have been a nightmare if it weren't for the traffic directors and valets assisting the drivers. Upon entry, you see why this is one the largest and most popular malls in the country!! Side note: they recently added a Netflix experience in the mall (not featured in this post) that I highly recommend trying out. They have everything. And they still have their famous ice rink, note with a massive Christmas tree in the middle. As it is the holidays, value is subjective. Things were marked up for the occasion, but there were some high value sales. Service worth noting, a young lady who worked at Urban Planet with a strong New Jersey accent was exemplary. The debit card system had crashed and she helped me and other customers to an ATM, held my selections until I came back (and I was gone for hours because I ended up stopping at other stores) and had my items all ready for me. Top notch.

Designed by Gyo Obata (same designers as The Galleria), this mall left me unimpressed. I thought it would be very comparable to Galleria Houston but not so. This mall lacks character IMO. It is just a big mall. No centrally located food court. Instead they have food options sprinkled around everywhere. The main reason people love food courts is because everyone can choose something different but still sit together. Multiple parking garages. Anchor stores Old Navy/Banana Republic/GAP and Macy's are great. About 215 stores including some luxury stores. I love Dallas in general but would love to see some renovations to this 40yr old mall.

Took my nieces for a "girls' afternoon" shopping trip, and Galleria ended up being a great pick! The mall is clean, bright, and thankfully not overly crowded. I even noticed they still have those old-school mall guides...which came in handy. It's three levels of shopping, with a good mix of staple stores (Nordstrom, Macy's, Abercrombie, Banana Republic, H&M, Zara, Sephora, etc.) and some fun finds sprinkled in. I'm not much of a mall person these days--like many people, I tend to do my shopping online--but when you need to try things on or just want the in-person experience, this is a nice option. Plus, there's an ice skating rink on the main level, very cool!! Parking was crowded but manageable. We lucked out and found a spot up front right away. Also appreciated that we could grab a bite to eat just by stepping outside the main entrance. There's plenty of restaurants nearby for when your shopping bags are full and your energy's low. Bonus: Got my steps in for the day, so it's basically wellness, right? Retail therapy = Happy Shopping!

I have watched the Dallas Galleria Mall change through the years. It's still quite good, but nothing like it was even five years ago. There are some areas where space isn't leased. Now, I know many malls are struggling. The way we shop has changed so much over the years. And when you consider everything happening, it's still a really good mall to find both high-end shops and affordable shops. The newest shop at the Galleria that's bringing in a lot of business is the Pop Mart shop on the top level. It's near the skating rink area.

The galleria is a two story mall in Dallas. It has all of your favorite stores Nordstrom, Abercrombie, banana republic, and much more. Parking is pretty manageable but it can get packed here on weekends. There are a couple of decent places to eat. A great place to spend the day for some retail therapy.

This is a very nice mall with plenty of hi-end stores, as well as popular stores, such as Macy's. It's attached to the Westin Dallas Galleria hotel, which is very nice for those staying at the Westin, as you can enter directly from the lobby. I quickly visited a couple of places in the mall recently while staying at the hotel, it was nice. If I had more spare time, I would have walked more of the mall.

Mall in the center of dallas with many stores and restaurants, and a nice skating rink that was decorated for lunar new year. Prices are like any other large mall in a city. Parking is free with garages and lots around the entire perimeter of the mall. Selection of clothes and other things is great. The mall is super clean too.

This mall is SO BIG. So many options food and shopping. And an ice skating rink. If you're ever in the Dallas area give this mall a try, you will not be disappointed

Visited both days during my trip to Dallas. Four story mall with just about every store you can think of. Lots of dining options. There is an ice skating rink too. Multiple parking garages. Mall was very crowded.

They had a good selection of stores. I come here often, and feel the restaurants and everything are always ont he up and up. Parking is never an issue. They have good prices in many of the stores here. You can find a lot of stores here, many to choose from. Service is always good!

Nice mall. Specifically went to the Nordstrom location but walked the Mall for a bit. I think its awesome there's a Skating Rink inside...and found it nice to see how many people were skating. Super cool...

I'm not a fan of shopping or going to malls but when your hotel is connecting to the mall go to the mall. What can you do here...shop, eat and ice skate...YES they have an ice skating rink in the mall. I'll stop there, not much else to say about the service or the value that's all up to you and the stores you visit.

Someone broke into my car here! I was upset. I came in, went into a store or two - when I had came back, my window was shattered out. I was upset about it. The security people were not helpful at all. Now I'm forced to get a lawyer to get the videos. The parking here completely sucks. The stores are alright but again just watch your cars I guess.

We visited this mall our first and second day in Dallas. Here is our thoughts: Parking: 8/10 Our hotel was directly across the street from the mall, so we are not sure what the parking is like. Previous Yelp! reviews are mixed on this, but we did notice the stalls were pretty tight and small. It definitely did not look like it would accommodate larger vehicles, which isn't great. Store variety: 9/10 The mall has a great variety - a little something for everyone. Some highlights included H&M, Claire's, LV, Gucci, Banana Republic, Macy's Nordstrom, and Guess (hello memory lane!) Macy's had an awesome selection of clothing and the customer service was decent. Express had a super sale because they were closing the store, but they were severely picked over. I loved the Dallas themed stores and the kids entertainment, which happened to be a puppet show. I also appreciated the play equipment being cleaned. The ice skating rink was a nice touch, but we were not sure how much it cost to skate. I also loved how diverse the crowds and employees were! Food Court: 9/10 They had a decent selection but the layout makes it to where it can get crowded very quickly. There was more variety and options to choose from including Hagen Daas, Grand Luxe Cafe, Raising Canes, and Thai food. 8.6/10 Overall, it we had a great time and we enjoyed the multiple floors and variety of options to choose from. We also loved the diversity among the crowds and employees. We look forward to returning when we visit Dallas again!

The mall offers a wide variety of stores that cater to my personal shopping preferences. It has a pleasant ambiance and enjoyable atmosphere especially around the holidays time.

They have very good stores for a semi good price, a bit too much clothing stores but some very good collectible stores! HOWEVER there are BARELY any bathrooms despite this being a very popular mall! 1-2 stalls PER bathroom I almost went on the floor because there was such a long line! Please add more bathrooms!

Galleria Dallas is convenient with its large parking area, though getting in can be tricky during rush hour traffic. The mall has all the basic stores you'd expect, plus my favorite -- Uniqlo. Overall, a solid place for shopping.

The parking situation here is the worst in the US. It takes 30 minutes to exit the parking lot. We are new to Dallas. This is worse than Houston. Not worth going here on the weekend EVER. There is nothing you need here to endure the pain of this place. It is a logistical nightmare. The parking here is worse than leaving a concert venue!

Fun place good stores and yummy food court. I went there once for vacation since I am from California and it was amazing so ever since we moved to Dallas it was our main go-to place for shopping. Highly recommended!

Whew! I have not been to the Galleria in years and my visit today reminded why I stopped going. It's crazy crowded, the skylights make it unbelievably hot in the summer, and the quality of stores has declined (compared to back in the day). I might visit to see the pretty tree at Christmas but that's about it. Why do people even go here? We have plenty of other options in the area!

Solid place to shop. Lots of different shops and vendors. Good food options too. Parking garage is confusing. Finding a spot close to an entrance, and knowing where the entrances are, are the issues there.

Visited the mall from upstate NY ...so many great stores...Rolex, Louis Vuitton, Macys, Nordstroms ...parking was easy, watched ice skating and a ton of people on a Sunday afternoon...I'll return as it's 4 levels

I drive from OKC and was not disappointed. The variety of stores are worth the drive. This mall is huge!

This is probably one of my favorite malls nearby. It's a good mixed crowd. Being from LA, I just feel more comfortable around diverse crowds. The mall offers the typical stores, such as f21, Nordstrom, Auntie Anne's, etc. It has a decent selection of restaurant choices around (Grand Lux, Thai, Canes, Sbarro, It's not the most bougie mall, but it's perfect for the average Joe or Jane. My favorite part about this place is the kid place. My toddler loves it there. It does get annoying when big kids play there and RUN/JUMP carelessly into the babies/toddlers/small kids. The number for security is posted if needed. I have seen security come in and clear out the big kids and all the eating/drinking patrons.

The Galleria is always a Christmas season destination for us. Fantastic shopping options, beautiful decorations in the mall and store windows. The enormous tree on the skating rink. And the pure hustle and bustle of the season and shoppers. Food options are okay. We spend hours there walking. And at night the red lights that cover the trees are magical.

We had a blast while shopping at an indoor mall while it's 40 degrees burning heat outside(typical Texas summer) and got to explore this enormous market. Parking is convenient yet crowded, glad they have different color markings in a multilevel garage. The outlying figure kind of reminds me of Southcenter in Tukwila, Seattle. Only north side is a bit confusing. Food court is on the top level of the mall, with a variety of restaurant. Typical brands like Vans, Nike, LV & Gucci are usually not far from the epicenter. My favorite is the rink where I can skate in the ice, even though it's a bit overpriced. Heard they have a giant tree light show during Christmas. Well, only if I plan to visit Dallas again, that's for sure.

All things considered, yes I recommend the Galleria. I don't personally enjoy driving to Dallas though LOL! But Galleria Dallas has ample parking spaces and a huge amount of shopping stores. Plus food! This past visit to Galleria Dallas was to attend the Snowday Pop! Event. My girl friend and I had bought our tickets beforehand, but they are also available on-site I believe. This particular exhibit has since closed; however, they are opening a Christmas-themed Snowday! I cannot wait to see everyone's pictures from it when it opens for the holidays.

Finally got to go to the Galleria and this is durring Christmas time and yes it was nuts but it had so many diffrent things and stores to go to and a huge ice skating rink and enormous Christmas tree! The Santa Land experience was amazing for my daughter, and she enjoyed getting to see Santa for the first time! Definitely will be coming back next year!

I am a tourist in Dallas Texas and the reception I got while shopping was not very welcoming. I had security giving me looks that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, food court servers (possibly owners) that made me feel as though I made a mistake ordering from them though the food was very good-service not so much. Shopping in the stores however was a different experience, the employees of the shops I entered were very friendly and welcoming. Just wish I didn't feel uncomfortable before getting into the shops. So prior to getting into the stores 0-1 star, the stores itself well worth 4-5 stars.

From ice skating Christmas traditions around the tallest indoor tree to girlfriend staycations at The Westin, the Galleria has always been way more than a shopping mall to me. It's a Dallas staple. I visited the 80's fashion exhibit, "She's Got the Look" today and loved the mini escape into the land of Oscar de la Renta and 80's music and fashion. This will be open for a few days and is free! Pictured are special moments from my visits at the Galleria. So much nostalgia!

everything u dont need but do! get a mexican mocha at the nordstrom cafe. Eat at mi cocinas and sit by the ice to enjoy the skaters. Its all fun fun fun... so many shopping options. Its a high... enjoy

Fun shopping mall with an ice rink!!!! Kids were so happy to watch the skaters. We plan on coming back another day to try it out. Great way to get some steps in while window shopping. We had a great time exploring.

Great mall w LOTS of awesome shops!!! Their parking garage is SLIGHTLY confusing and More than a little haphazard, but once you get I TO the mall it's Great!!! They even have an Ice Rink inside that runs all year I Believe which is Awesome!!! I SO want to try this next time I'm in Town!!! They don't have as many eateries as I would have expected for a mall of this size, but the ones they Do have are pretty quality; they even have a decent express Thai place - even tho there were ZERO Thai's (or even Asians) working there??? Lol I made purchases at this CUTE little handmade card place called Papyrus, as well as a gift from unique jewelry shop called Bearfruit. Galleria Dallas is a great mall to either get ur steps in, just peruse around leisurely and enjoy some nice sites, or do some serious shopping. Definitely make it one of your stops next time ur in Dallas!!

Parking is always a challenge here especially during the summer when everyone wants to get into a A/C space and park in garage. Always see wrong-way offenders in the parking garage. I know asking for enforcement on this is impossible not just for the fact that it may simply not be feasible but just lack of care or ability from the security staff (given there is one) there. Or it simply could be the security there really don't have a lot of means to enforce such things other than just giving someone a warning. The ice rink inside is nice. But this trip we did run into an annoying, entitled tiktok couple who just kept on mounting a cell phone on the side and videoing. The girl was the culprit and the guy looked like the southwest commercial "wanna get away?". I wouldn't know how you feel bruh cause I don't have a selfish brat for a girlfriend/wife. Blocking beginner/novice skaters from going by on the rails on the side. Stores look way outdated and empty. We went to sections of Macy's that had nothing but trash on floor. It's calculus to find someone to give money to (checkout).

Great mall. Don't go when it's packed, it's barely enough room to move around. And the people here are so rude, they'll walk straight in your way even when you are moving to the side. Also I would never eat from the candy store too many people were putting their hands in the container just grabbing and eating candy and the lady behind the register just watched.

Was only in the mall for about an hour or so. I had my Glam Baby still and I think we'd wore each other out by now. I normally take photos of my experiences but the mall is just too busy and big with a toddler that wasn't confined to a stroller (I'll Never Leave Home Without IT Next Time) this is better than the Amex slogan). Any one with kids can relate Shaking my damn head. I finally get to Macy's to make my return, there's the woman behind the register checking a woman that had another family member constantly shopping while a line begins to form but the lady behind the register (must've been a manager). She proceeds to tell the Gent on the opposite side of her, He should go to lunch. Now I have a almost TTT aka (Terrible Two Toddler) walking around back forth looking for some mischief to get into while these customers and the manager or regular cashier seems to be in a zone and just doesn't care How the line proceeds to get. So ten minutes goes by the cashier woman is slowly ringing the one customer that is constantly asking for the price every time something else is being delivered to her at the register by the other family member. Now my Glam starts finding things' that aren't tied down to what she thinks is playing material but shes breaking down in the department store. So the cashier lady says nothing kinda like, She's just here to collect a paycheck it's sad but that's how she looked. Instead of allowing the young man that was working alongside of her to get me out of the line she preferred to send him to lunch. So, after fifteen minutes (I'm picking up all the stuff my Glam baby has dropped because she's agitated too. I proceed to ask, Excuse me is there another register or some one else you can call that can assist you while their continuously shopping as if No one else is in the line or store? The flustered cashier looks and says, There maybe another register somewhere down there. She was very helpful. I ended up stepping out of the line that had grown from me being the only customer to four more customers. I happened to run into Mike after asking for a Manager. This man put the item down he had in his hand, and instantly took me back to the register, he did my return in 123 minutes. I was thankful to have run into Mike. Not sure what the thought process was behind the female was as she was FINALLY cashing the two females out after about twenty-five minutes or more of still shopping while at the register. Don't get me wrong, if it was close to closing time and there wasn't Any One else in the line this would've be great but it was mid afternoon and No was using their noodle about anyone else. Because I like the Galleria Mall, I'll definitely return but I probably won't ever go to that cashier. Plus I'll make sure my Glam baby is in her stroller as well.

When you're in Texas and the heat is turning up, this would be a great place to shop...it's an indoor mall with some fun things for the kids. They have an ice palace with good selection of food places in the food court area. Lots of shops that the average people would shop.

Hadn't been here before this weekend and the only reason to go back is North Italia Restaurant. Looks like a dying mall with really poor selections despite having some reputable stores.

Galleria's annual tree lighting celebration is my favorite time to visit this mall. Beautifully decorated storefronts, holiday music, an ice skating show before the spectacular lighting of their tree, then dinner at one of the numerous restaurants there. Other times here ... I prefer to exercise walking over shopping at this mall. Warm and whimsical feel of their palm trees under their majestic glass vaulted ceiling modeled after the Galleria Vittorio Emanuel II in Milan, Italy. CHEERS!

I love all the suspended living palm trees that are on the second floor! It reminds me of California and the skating rink in the center of it all with the most stunning Christmas tree in the winter is just such a lovely treat! The last time I was here was over a few years! So it was great to come back! Just honestly wish they had more options on fashion boutiques and more variety!
