Loved how every single brand is packed into this mall. There’s even a resell shop here. Comme Des Garcons selection was great.

Great brands and nice layout. It's the best store if you want to visit multiple labels in one store. Some are extremely professional and courteous. Most are quite aloof and tend to be Korean-friendly only. Koreans are becoming more and more foregner-phobic. They even tend to have different policies for foreigners such as line to get in - almost illegal in countries like US. I still recommend it but don't expect vibrancy like Shinsegye. Avoid Stefano Ricci at all cost - worst of them all. Def. visit Hermes - the best Hermes in Korea.

I was very impressed by the Sales Advisor of Chanel, named Emma. Her professionalism, friendliness and patience reflected what a customer would expect from an International well known luxurious brand like Chanel. Though she is only less than one year in her role, her passion and hospitality are commendable. Because of her, my shopping experience at Chanel (Galleria Dept Store) was/is memorable.
