Disappointing experience at Game Mokopane. The queues for the tills were ridiculously long, stretching past the shelves, and it was clear they were understaffed. With 7 tills closed, only 2 tellers were struggling to keep up with the demand. Long wait times and inefficient service. Hopefully, they'll improve staffing levels soon

Don't try to shop there at end off the month, massive queues and only 2 tills working 😫

Great Experience at Good To Game Mokopane! I had an awesome time at Good To Game in Mokopane! The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, perfect for gamers of all ages. The staff are friendly, helpful, and really know their stuff when it comes to games and gear. They’ve got a solid selection of consoles, accessories, and games — whether you're into PlayStation, Xbox, PC, or board games, there’s something for everyone. The setup is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what you need or just hang out and play. I’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend for anyone who loves gaming or just wants a cool place to chill!

The service was so poor I had to wait for 3 hours to open an account,only to find out that the fridge is out of stock. We were told that they will call us to come and collect the fridge,a call never received until we went to the store to enquire. Upon arrival at the store for the collection,we had to wait for a further 2 hours for them to find my slip on the system since it was LOST. Very disappointed with their services. They just lost me as a customer 😕😕😕😕zero zero zero

Great staff very friendly and helpfull first time in many years that i have been back here and am pleasantly surprised. Prices also very competitive

The staff at the tv section was very nice and helpful and we enjoyed our experience up to the point of leaving the premises, the sales person walked with us after our purchase and checking that product works ect. Then at the door the security was so unorganised, did not no what to do and stand right in front of us screaming at one another. And then only after we got irritated about this and said we are leaving, then the security lady only wanted to open the box and inspect the tv. Good overall experience; just the security people at the door should have much better manners and etiquette in how to talk to clients and how to act in front of clients
