Spoke to Kira on the phone earlier, enquiry about purchasing games on the Nintendo Shop, although matter was not resolved and the issue dragged on too long (im sorry!), she was patient enough to guide me through on how it was supposed to work and it was by far the best customer service I ever felt from service lines, there should be more of these patient and willing to help workers. Thank you for your time, helping me to troubleshoot and also answering my enquires! Really excellent customer service!

I hv been buying my games from GameMartz for many years, but I find myself going to the Bugis outlet more often than not. The staff there is consistently helpful and very knowledgeable about the games. Even when they have not tried out the games for themselves, they would suggest that I look at YouTube videos so that I can make a more informed decision in my purchase. I also like the fact that they are very friendly and approachable. It really adds to the whole buying experience. Thank u Bugis staff for being so service driven.

Sharon and Kira are amazing , they will make you buy a new console and feel good about it in the very good way and they will take care of you and pamper you like there's no tomorrow, today I had my best video game shopping experience in my life thanks to these two ladies , much better than Germany and many other places I hope I can see them again !

Bought my switch 2 there. Friendly staff.

Advice for staff to inform customers of the details of switch 2 region lock for games. Even though base game is indeed region free , dlc is not. Including dlc codes that comes as part of the sold product as a package. I don’t buy physical switch games often so I would not know and not everyone is ok with creating multiple accounts. Giving a positive rating because of the exchange policy for now.

Went to the outlet at bugis junction, decided to surprise my son with PS5. Staff Yida was very helpful and knowledgeable and he advised me on what to get, my son will be so happy about it. Thank you.
