Gandalf Safari Camp

Don’t come near this place. Sleazy, greedy, potentially discriminatory owner. I booked 4 nights and since my flight arrived at 19:30, I asked in advance for a late check in at 10:30 pm. The owner refused and told me “you could go stay somewhere else”. When I consented and asked for a refund, he refused and said “this is the American way”. Then I stayed the first night somewhere else and tried to check in the next day, but I found that the owner canceled the booking for a no-show. I was left with no booking a no money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

We spent 2 weeks here. Small family run hotel, Christina and Claus (and both gods) are great, always helpful, useful travel suggestions. We loved breakfast here! Rooms are clean, beautiful garden. We felt here like at home!

Horrible guest service!! Dirty rooms, found hair in my bed and toilet had leftover feces. Staff was very rude and inconsiderate of anything we needed, Please for your own good stay away!!!

Didn’t let me in even 30 min after my check in. Don’t recommend

Nous avons passé une nuit chez Gandalf et nous avons été très très bien accueilli. Maison très jolie, la chambre était très confortable. Les hôtes sont à l'écoute et disponibles, pour preuve nous avons rencontré des difficultés pour le repas du soir au vu de la situation sanitaire et du couvre feu, ils ont tout de suite réagi et nous ont proposé des alternatives. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Je recommande ++

J'ai super bien dormi La chambre créole est très agréable et coloré, son nom lui correspond très bien Le personnel bienveillant, de l'accueil au départ et encore plus lors du petit déjeuné ! Le jardin est très sympathique également ! Un grand merci pour ce moment !

Nous avons passé 3 nuits chez vous. L'emplacement est idéal, paisible et le jardin magnifique. La chambre Arabe était confortable et le travail sur la décoration réussi. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié et Klaus ainsi que Kristina sont aux petits soins. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.
