I really enjoyed my stay at ganesh house, felt really welcome there and the owner and his family are just super friendly and helpful. Manoj gave me a lot of good recommendations for what i was searching for. |More than that, the rooms are really clean and comfortable, and the location close by the beach. |Thank you for everything!

Ganesh House feels a bit like a mansion, with much beautiful woodwork, an airy entrance and a spacious stairway to the upper floor. It is surrounded by a lush garden in a quiet residential area very close to the sea, with short walking distance to lovely Grove beach and Samudra beach.|The house and the garden are very well cared for by the owner family.|The kitchen could be developed; it does not serve seven plus occupants well at the same time. The laundry facilities suffer from similar insufficiency. But with good will and never ending support from the owners such details don't matter much. What does matter is the necessary consideration from each guest towards others. The house is far from soundproof.|The seven rooms are all different but all have their own toilet/bathroom. I had the smallest one on the bottom floor next to kitchen and dining room. No view at all from the window. I did not think I would want to stay but stayed anyway for two weeks, and don't regret it. Highly recommended for the proactive traveller!

Mr. Manoj and family are great host, very friendly and helping. Rooms and entire Bunglow are very neat and clean. All the facilities were available as described on there various posts. Breakfast was amazing, home made and much better than any good restaurant. Little away from main road but being tourist we had vehicle hence no issues. Certainly I would like to visit against and recommend to others.

A warm welcome was received from Manoj and his staff. Nothing was too much trouble, he arranged our taxi from the airport and allowed us early access to the apartment from a very early flight. An authentic Indian homestead which was just what we wanted away from the hustle of Lighthouse beach but still walkable. There are plenty of tuktuks to ferry you about. Excellent value for money. We were shown short cut to the local beach and restaurants which were great.

Ganesh House is set in a peaceful, lush environment, very close to tranquil beaches as well as the more touristic Kovalam hustle, if you prefer. Manoj and his family have been very kind and accommodating hosts and keep the house specklessly clean.

Really friendly, helpful host. Beautiful property with a big bedroom, option of A/C for a small extra fee per day, laundry at a reasonable price. The property was impeccably clean and in a super location, only 5 minutes walk away from Grove beach (once you know the shortcut through Ali's restaurant).

I can rate the place only as excellent. Quiet, clean and hospitable. Nationally-styled. The host is very responsive to your every request and readily helpful. The homestay local resident are very polite and always at the guest service. Highly recommended!

Had stayed here previously and knew it was in a quiet area but just a short walk to restaurants. |Manoj and family were very welcoming and made our stay very pleasant. Nothing was to much trouble in fact the only trouble we had was our taxi driver finding Ganesh House in the dark at 4:00am .|If we return to Kovalam we would definitely come back for another stay .
