Ganga Kutir

My recent visit to Taj Ganga Kutir was a truly wonderful experience. It only takes about two hours to drive from Kolkata, but once you arrive, you feel miles away from everything busy.||||The ambiance is the first thing that strikes you. The architecture is beautiful and calming, designed to feel connected to the river and the local area.||Everything is elegant without being overly complicated.||||Sitting there, watching the river flow by, instantly washes away any stress.||We reserved an executive suite. The room was well decorated, offering a great balance of comfort and privacy.||||We enjoyed the food very much; the resort has three restaurants and bars, so there are plenty of dining choices with handpicked menus.||||A major highlight is definitely the infinity-edge swimming pool. For those looking for more activity, they offer unique experiences like horse carriage riding and art events.||The Ganga Aarti is a unique yet beautiful concept to look out for.||||Lastly, what really completed the experience was the hospitality. Everyone we met was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Their warmth added a personal touch to the high level of service.||||Thank you Mr. Indranil for the amazing experience.||||Special mention to, Praveen, Surbhi and Rimi for adding to the warmth of our stay.

Everything starting from room to the experience and food was superb!|I selected this for my son's birthday and he enjoyed it to his core|He wanted a quiet interactive one and there it was!|Chef Shafe Rahman and Mr Anand and team with Pushpanjali deserve special mention |Chef went all the way out to make the perfect tailor made biriyani for my son and even had a pizza making session with him|More power to you all team Taj Ganga kutir! |Long way to go

You have to book the private villa prior 3/4 days.. We book at arrival.. The behavior of the Security guards at the main gate was really bad.not only main gate even inside also the security guards really don't know the manners to talk to people.... They didn't even allow us to enter even we had children with us... Untill we booked and they got the confirmation mail from the office. The pool there is chargable Rs. 177/per person as the pool is managed by the Neotia group and the Bunglows have separate owners. For children its free... They have two caretakers and you have to carry your own raw foods/ you can order them to buy and tell them to cook that is chargable.. But our visit was unplanned so we ordered food from outside and quality of food was pathetic.. We booked GKR D6 Bunglow..rate was 7500 INR/night..On request the owner waived off the pool fee.

We went on a boys' trip and stayed at this villa. The rooms were decent and comfortable, but the management was extremely poor in terms of service. Food was a major letdown — delayed every time, with very few options available. The worst part was the overpriced Paneer dish, which had only five pieces drowned in oil with just capsicum and onion — absolutely not worth the price. They promise a lot over the phone, but once you're there, the story changes completely. Rules keep changing, and nothing is clear unless you insist beforehand. If this place is your last option, only then consider it — and even then, go fully prepared and clarify everything in advance. Otherwise, you might end up ruining your trip.

Ganga Kutir Residency - GKR - D6 ( Managed by ASHOK KUMAR KAYAN ) In short this is the most worst place to visit. First when you book there they will say smithing and when u reach thr they wil say another thing . Like when you are booking they will promise you good hospitality but when you reach it’s completely opposite. They are only for money thr. No proper parking. They will take charges when ever you go to pool and promise you pool charges are only one time applicable. Never order food thr it wil cost you like 7star stay food and quantity Is never enough for even one person. InShot management is sooo worse thr. You will not feel to enjoy thr because of all the restrictions they will impose on you.

I have visited Taj Ganga Kutir have a pleasant stay with them the environment was good.

It’s ok but not gr8 in terms of the value. Only positive it’s pet friendly hence a bit of an advantage for pet parents.

If there was a negative option I would have opted for that . Worst experience ,all bullshit Very bad food …. Above all Very very poor behaviour of staffs doesnt just want to cooperate Never ever going there again …
