We’ve had such a wonderful experience here! From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff truly make you feel at home — always kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The food is absolutely spectacular: high quality, beautifully prepared, and consistently delicious. A special mention goes to the Ganis + formula, which we absolutely love — it really adds that extra touch to the whole experience and makes the stay even more enjoyable. Another big plus is the convenient shuttle service to the ski slopes, which makes everything incredibly easy and stress-free. Even more special is the chance to do the “early morning” experience — skiing right at the opening of the slopes, starting directly from the lodge. It’s an unforgettable way to enjoy the mountains at their very best. This was our second year in a row as their guests, and that says it all. We’re already looking forward to coming back again next year. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place where great hospitality meets amazing food and top-notch ski experiences!

We came as a family of 6 (including a baby). The staff was super accommodating, including offering us an upgrade (which we paid for, of course, but very fair rates) to the suite because we have a disabled child and the original room had no elevator access. Extremely clean and the breakfast was top notch. The kids also had a chance to enjoy the pool. And the view from the balcony is unbelievable

This was our 4th staying at the hotel. We got one of the new rooms, which are really very nice. Food as always outstanding and great service and kindness by the personnel

This is one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. It is beautiful, both the restaurant and the bar are top notch, the rooms are spacious and very comfy, the pool area is also very nice. All the staff work hard to create an extraordinary stay, with suggestions and travel help and super friendly communication. Truly memorable!

First, i would like to thank all staff for thair nice welcomibg and the the way we felt like family when we stay in this hotel. I enjoied my stay with family, the rooms were perfect in style and comfert. We injoied the break fast and it was delicious. We tried dinber once and it was very good also. I requsted for a cake for my wedding anaversory and it was better than what was in my mind. The location is in meddle of forest and you don't hear any noise. There is no A, but the weather was nice and no need for it. Temprature Was almost 15 degree at night.

We had a wonderful week in Ganischgerhof in a Superior Rosengarten Room with a fantastic view on the Latemar mountains.This stay we'll never forget. For those who intend to go to the Dolomite mountain area, I can fully recommend this hotel. The service is perfect, the meals can't be better and you can't feel more at home than in this hotel. My stay at Ganischgerhof Mountain Resort & SPA was absolutely wonderful! I want to give a special thank you to Johanna and Klaus – they are truly amazing people who created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They really made me feel at home. The wellness area was fantastic – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax. The sauna especially helped me unwind many times during my stay. And the food – simply excellent! Every meal was delicious, made with high-quality ingredients and full of flavor. I really appreciated the attention to detail. Thank you for everything – I had a perfect time and I’m already looking forward to coming back!
