Had the first shopping experience at Ganni earlier today, at their physical store in Frederiksberg: deeply disappointed. Bought expensive sandals this morning, not on sale. None of the staff mentioned return policy when i was paying for the shoes. Due to a poor fit and colour bleeding, decided to return the sandals just a few hours later. However when returning this item, was advised that Ganni does not provide refunds, and can only offer exchange or a gift voucher. Which seems like a violation of consumer rights, and doesn't exactly help build customer loyalty and brand appreciation. the staff at the store was polite yet helpless, stating that it's management decision (no refunds), and that they hear similar complaints and disappointment from other customers, yet the policy is 'decided by management'. I am nine months pregnant, left in tears, and frankly, did not have the energy to fight this situation. My money is now 'locked' with Ganni, but i have no interest to ever buy or wear anything from this brand. Compared to other brands in Denmark, this is the first time i experienced such a poor customer service in a store of a well recognised fashion brand.
