GANNI

Amazing visit to Ganni today at their flagship store in Paris. Our sales associate, Haley, was FANTASTIC! She made the whole experience so memorable and thoroughly enjoyable. Nothing was too much of an ask. The rest of the team at the store were also super lovely. Upon arrival, there was greeting and same on exiting the store. Sadly I didn’t know the name of any of the other staff members but the two men working throughout the day were also extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you Hayley, my sis and I hope to see you during our next trip to Paris! Xx

Disappointing experience with GANNI (Galeries Lafayette, Paris). I recently had a very disappointing experience at the GANNI corner located in Galeries Lafayette Haussmann. I bought a dress in January, wore it once, and noticed a small fabric defect. When I came back to report it, I was met with a complete lack of empathy or professionalism from the store manager. Instead of offering any real help, she told me that “when a claim is rejected, there’s no need to call the client back.” No apology, no solution — just indifference. The situation could have easily been solved with a simple, respectful exchange. As someone who has always admired the brand, I find this attitude shocking. I’m not asking for a refund anymore — I only hope that GANNI will review the training of its retail staff, because customer experience is as important as product quality.

The staff at this store were extremely rude and racist!!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe GANNI would have such employees. We were the first to arrive, but no one greeted us. There were only two employees. I asked a girl, and she told me to find the guy upstairs. But that guy ignored us. We waited for a long time, and she came down to open the drawers for us, saying we could take what we wanted. When the other guy was free, he said he could help us if we needed anything. We had already tried on the clothes and decided to buy them, but we wanted to buy more and look around again. However, we often couldn't find this guy. He was always serving other customers who arrived later than us. No one paid attention to us, so we had to pick out the clothes ourselves. At this point, that guy said we had messed up their clothes. I was folding the clothes while looking at them. Maybe I didn't fold them very well, but in other words, isn't folding clothes their job? Besides, I was going to buy something. As a customer, even if I didn't buy anything, what's wrong with looking at the clothes when no one was serving me? That guy was extremely rude and racist! So I won't buy anything from this store!

I was visiting Paris for a few days and purchased a pair of boots. 2 short weeks after, during which I wore them maybe 4 times, the platform detached from the boot in both shoes. Very disappointed from the surprisingly extremely short lifespan of these boots, i reached out to the customer support, that pointed me to the store where I made the purchase. The store replied that they will check with customer support, and I'm welcome to visit the store so we can discuss it, even though I mentioned in my email i do not live in France. They have stopped replying since, it's been almost 3 weeks and still no reply. I'm shocked that you charge almost 400 euros for boots with such low quality, and ignore customers complaints. I would expect much much more of this brand.

I was in the store and the experience was magnificent. Due to circumstances, I was served by several employees, whom I asked for their names because they were really kind, professional, and friendly. It was a fantastic experience! It's a pleasure to go shopping. The people there were Lorena, Ida, and Camille. I was so happy that I will definitely return on my next visit to Paris.

I had high expectations as I went to this store after purchasing only a couple times already. As I entered the store, the sales women didn’t even care to greet me as they were busy treating the boyfriends of two other customers. Since their small talk was so important, they did not assist me nor two other ladies that had entered the store shortly after me. I am aware that this is some sort of sales tactic in order to have the two ladies buy something whose partner were in a deep conversation. But I believe this should not exclude you from interacting with other customers as well. As I was leaving, after not being helped with the sizes, I was again completely ignored. Very disappointing overall and I see no reason why I should pay such high prices for such a bad customer service. There are plenty of designer brands located in Paris. No need to come back to this one.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. From the outset, both employees were unreasonably rude, making me feel as if they were doing me a favor by serving me. Despite my usual patience with such attitudes, the situation escalated when one employee threw the incorrect clothes and sizes at the dressing room, which felt intentional. Based on this encounter, I strongly advise avoiding this location. While I rarely leave negative reviews, I believe the woman who assisted me should be reconsidered for her role, as she clearly lacks basic customer service skills.

Worked with the Italian client associate and he was so wonderful, he helped me with ideas on how to style my new shorts and decide on sizing!
