Gap

i felt like i was intruding on some sort of private club where i definitely wasn't welcome, the employees acted like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my existence, offering zero help and radiating an air of disdain. it takes no energy to be kind!

When we walked into the store today, the workers seemed bothered, chatting amongst themselves. It's not usually a big deal, but we had trouble finding items, and no one helped. An annoying moment was a tall girl hovering, maybe worried about theft. Even though we bought something, since we usually get most of our clothes here, we might skip it until the staff gets better training or they hire more capable people

The cielo vista location has awful customer service the last two times I've come. It's not even busy there's several employees chatting with each other but not greeting or helping the customer.

I love Gap , this particular store was odd , made my purchase and asked for small shopping bag . The associate had to ask his supervisor if he should honor my request , very strange . She reluctantly said yes . Not customer friendly or courteous at all .

Disgusted!! Today i went to the mall and stopped in at The Gap, I overheard the manager ( big girl with long wavy hair ) speaking to another employee like trash...of course he was young because she wouldn't get away with that attitude with an adult my age- for sure! Poor guy looked so embarrassed.She could of saved it for later and not in front of the customer's! Took myself to another store.

Excelent clothing store that carries men's women's and kids. Good quality. Nice styles. Huge discount rack. Good prices. Clean. Ample dressing rooms.

Bad customer service. They don't even greet you, when you enter store and Manager Ashley has a sassy, bad attitude.
