Oh man, I love this brand! With two kids who go through their clothing like it's water this brand can truly keep up with their active lifestyle. Besides the high quality you'll find high fashion and super cute things for the whole family. When they're running their sale you can score some really great deals! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you have their Gap credit card you get an extra 10% every day.

Went in to purchase some sweaters, lady ask me to wait until she took a picture. I waited and she was still taking pictures when I left without my purchase. The store did not have any customers, and the one they had they ask to wait. I think this is terrible customer service. The store looked great, I suppose it should when they ask their customers to wait until they take pictures, because I suspect most would leave as I did and not wait 10 to 15 minutes to make a purchase.

Had to track down a staff member behind the counter because the floor was empty. Asked about specific style of jeans that no longer exist but we're not refered to new style. The staff really just didn't care to try. The manager who had a clipboard behind the counter seemed annoyed that we were even asking for help. We asked several times for something similar to what we were looking for and got no response. Unacceptable customer service.

Patrica, was such an unpleasant staff at the Baby gap Millenia asked for help was she approached started throwing things around and pointless because she was no help. I just personally feel that if you have a bad day, don’t bring it to work and stay at home because it does not look right on the store.

The general manager Jen was so helpful when I was having trouble with a coupon. She made me feel like a valued customer and I ended up with some of the cutest clothes. Thank you!

A ok location. They have both Gap, kids Gap, and baby Gap items at this location. You'll also find workout gear and sleepwear. We have been in here many times, mostly the baby side. They have regular sales, so be sure to wait for discounts if you want a deal. Most recently they had an additional half off clearance, making the onesies about four or five dollars each. They also have some seriously adorable shoes and hats for littles. I don't find much for myself at this location. It's either not my style or not the price point I think it should be for the fabric and quality. But I do like the baby stuff! Overall: B Solid a ok location with the regular merch. Wait for sales!

Bought items off line and had no rerun in store. I was accused of washing and dried before returning but tags were still on.

Rude manager. Alexis could not be more unprofessional. No need to go into great detail other than to say this man either should find another line of work where he does not interact with customers, or receive some intense training.

If you're a GAP fan, this is the best location for selection in the Orlando area. While their styles have changed over the years, they still do have their basic standbys like jeans, khakis and button ups in addition to the more trendier items. They've remodeled this location in the last year or so and now the Gap Body and Athletic lines for women are incorporated into the main Gap store while being connected to Gap Kids/Gap Baby. There is ALWAYS some sort of sale going on. The best ones are the additional % off clearance items but do be prepared to DIG. You can always subscribe to their emails to get the countless emails too. I know that they do now offer the option to order items online and reserve them in the store for pickup. Which is great especially if you are one that has to try items on for fit. Oh and they have free Wifi now too! I don't usually need any sort of assistance as I like to shop in peace. But there are always employees running around if you need a size, etc. Just a tip- if the lines are backed up in the main store , you can try paying next door in the GAP Kids section !

The Gap is so 80s and it seems like they are constantly playing catch up compared to newer brands. As Ryan says "be better than The Gap".

Lots of clothe but very expensive at this mall,it's nice to look here and right now they have lots of Mark ddown. Good baby clothe here if u have the money to spend,no costumer service not even one employee ask if we needed help. Some good deals but overall just another expensive store for the rich.

First off, I don't shop at Gap...only Old Navy. On my first visit, no one greeted me and just gave me looks as if to say why I was in there. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and visited again just yesterday. I was on the phone this time, but still wasn't greeted after a whole fifteen minutes of being in the store. No customer service whatsoever, clothes are overpriced, this place is simply a joke! Will NOT be returning

A clean, large store, but unusually organized, a bit confusing. Containing all the gap sub stores. Nice prices, especially if you can find something off the sale racks. A good place for some bright, generally appropriate clothing in a nice mall.

This is in regards to the Gap Kids location. This store tends to have a great variety however the customer service has been terrible. On several occasions my husband and myself have been followed by associates making us very uncomfortable. We were they over the weekend and a very rude associate literally was behind us every minute. He literally kept bumping into us not even saying excuse me! At first I thought it was me but this location has seen my last dollar they are very racist and need to review customer service in this location.
