Garçon is one of my favorite bars in Munich. The bartenders really know their craft, the cocktails are top notch, and the vinyl music creates a unique atmosphere. A place you’ll want to come back to!

My favorite bar in Munich! Such a gem both on the weekend and on weekdays. It’s a bit calmer after work, which I prefer more at a vinyl bar. The crew is friendly and attentive. They can go out of the menu if they can, which adds to their specialty. Strongly recommended.

Tucked away just steps from Viktualienmarkt, Bar Garçon is a true gem in Munich’s cocktail bar scene. From the moment you step inside, the minimalist design, warm lighting, and curated vinyl soundtrack create an inviting and intimate atmosphere. The white marble bar serves as the centerpiece, reflecting the thoughtful design and attention to detail that permeates the space.  The cocktail menu showcases creativity and balance. Drinks like the “Salt Fashioned,” a nuanced twist on the classic Old Fashioned with a hint of salinity, demonstrate the bar’s innovative approach. The selection changes seasonally, ensuring that there’s always something new to discover.  Service at Bar Garçon is great. The staff is knowledgeable and open to guide you through each drink. Their enthusiasm enhances the overall experience!

I rarely leave reviews, but as a bartender from Scotland, Garcon deserves all the praise in the world, wonderful drinks and such friendly staff. My new favorite bar in the world I cannot recommend it enough. If you are I'm Munich you have to come here, I've never felt so welcome!

Extremely good cocktails. The taste is amazing. I asked a cocktail with mezcal and they didn’t have it, so they advised me with another alcohol that have the same notes: that was a big match! Nice vibe inside, but can be a bit loud and come early to have a seat!

Super nice bar atmosphere and great ambience - great place to hang out. Cocktails for 12-15€ are good but we would have expected a bit more special flavor / stronger taste for the price. Free water is very much appreciated.

Amazing cocktail bar with exceptional service. Greeted and seated immediately, given a glass of water immediately and had our order in and cocktail received within 10mins of walking in. Delicious cocktails!! Worth mentioning this cocktail bar only do ‘stirred’ cocktails, no ‘shaken’ cocktails - no creamy textured emulsified type drinks.

Garcon was an exceptional place to come in and relax. Mario and Marcus were awesome. The drinks, music, and ambiance were the perfect place to come in and relax.

A great place to chill and sip an amazing drink and listen to funk on vinyl. If you can snag the seats by the front window you have scored the best seat in the place. The mixologist, is a genius in the art of alcoholic beverages. I had the the Manhattan and my hubs had the punch which were both delicious. If your going to be in Gärtnerplatz, I'd check it out for sure.

Awesome service and really tasty craft fresh drinks. Owners were friendly to our group even after we spilled a glass of wine. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a perfect drink. Only place in town that had great wine being from WA USA.
