Garden Boutique Residence

My friend and I recently had two rooms in this hotel. We had used a travel agency to make reservations and one room had air conditioning and mine did not. The weather was very warm. The woman at reception was very gracious and arranged to move me to a room with ac on the top floor. I was able to handle walking up 3 flights of stairs and it was worth it to have ac. Rooms were very nice and breakfast was good. Location is great. I was especially impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the reception staff. I would stay here again.

Being sick of big we try to stay in small hotels.This one was definitely right choice. The room rate was very fair considering room size and quality of interior. Beautifully decorated. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, quiet, the staff is nice and helpful. We stayed three nights in a spacious room under the roof. ||||As for location it's central ,interesting, in the middle of old town but could be annoying at the same time. There is no traffic outside but at least three noisy pubs in adjacent buildings. ||||Breakfast was OK but I think it could be better. Nice presented but consisting mostly of standard hotel food. No local specialities, no fresh pressed juice.||||And be warned: there is no elevator so if you like to travel with heavy bags it could be a problem. But fortunately it wasn't a problem for us.

In the center of the old town,very friendly and helpful staff and the benefits inside the room are many. You can have anything you want. Clean towels,toiletries and many maps and brochures for the city. It is very clean with vintage furniture. I really liked it and undoubtedly I will stay here again,in a future visit in Poznan.

This hotel stayed in our hearts, it was so beautifully decorated it seemed like a little palace! Our room was such beautiful and the hotel is in a very good location. The staff is very helpful and polite. The breakfast in the cafeteria opposite the hotel, was very good. We stayed only a little, from 07-09 February 2019 and we plan to visit Poznan and definitely Garden Boutique Residence again!||Thank you.||Demetris - Elena Cyprus

I would highly recommend this lovely hotel, just 30 seconds walk from the main square. I didn't book the hotel myself as I booked my holiday (flights and hotel) through a website called srprs.me, where you don't know where you're going until you open an envelope at the airport! It was awesome and I was very pleased and a bit surprised that this hotel came in the budget section considering it's location and the quality of the room and facilities. Breakfast was served in a cafe across the street but I can't comment on that as I didn't have it. The receptionist was very friendly and there were absolutely no problems checking in or out.

This place definitely deserves Excellent+ rating as "only" excellent is not fair. All was brilliant with nothing to complain about. Charming atmosphere, spacious fabulous and nicely decorated room, hotel location, very helpful staff (especially Mrs. Anna from reception desk), good breakfast in nearby cafeteria and offered special services.||We only regret our stay was so short...too short...||Thank you Garden Boutique for hospitality. We certainly will come back to you asap.

The hotel is in a very old building few meters away from the market square in Poznan. The rooms have been refurbished and are very nice. Unfortunately there is no elevator. In the internal garden there are tables where you can enjoy your breakfast. Only cons: at our arrival we were requested to pay cash, as they probably had some troubles with credit cards transaction. Since we did not have Polish currency with us, the hotel accepted payment in euros (charging a fee for the exchange). Very good quality price!

Rooms at the boutique hotel are individually decorated and do vary considerably in size. They have been recently refurbished and very comfortable. The big advantage of this hotel is it's easy location a couple of minutes walk from the town square with it's many restaurants
