A wonderful time I had and with Onela and Mondli giving the best service. Thank you to the chef who had the breakfast in such an orderly manner and delicious food. As for Princess she needs to learn some people skills and love for what she does. She is very rude. The cleaning staff and spa staff and all the staff of the dining area thank you. You made our stay pleasant and we enjoyed staying

We stayed over during peak season however our experience at this hotel was great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Amazing views from our room and good room service. Looking forward to being back again especially for the scrumptious breakfast.

Location is grand, I need to understand how it is possible for a family room including breakfast for four people costs R1800, you have a bar fridge, yet there is no courtesy of offering G bottled water or refreshments on arrival, a liter of water at the bar costs R40... You are give Co diments for two People yet you booked for four, you are given two bath towels yet you booked for four. You are give a kettle but you have to take water from the bathrooms.... You travel with kids but the kitchen does not even allow you to warm up leftovers that you may have purchased from a restaurant close by... Apart from this the breakfast is awesome and the staff are the friendliest.... If you are booking here you have to carry your own water and be prepared to pay for parking as well.

It was a fantastic getaway. Staff were exceptional and attentive. The room was stunning with no flaws that i could point out. From front desk to food and beverage... outstanding work and keepnup the great job... i believe you are underrated as you should be 4 star! Thank you for a care free and relaxing getaway

Very warm welcome and its awesome to have a small sweet store.. when you cant get to a caffee before going to your room. The view.. is very pleasant. Love the beach front.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. A short walk (cross the street) to the beach to catch beautiful sunrises on the Indian Ocean and also watch surfers.||Breakfast (included in our room rate) was very good. Parking (not included in room rate) but accessible from hotel elevator was very convenient.

Everything about the hotel was good,the service,the staff...everyone was amazing from the chefs to the Hotel Manager.
