This is the most disgusting customer experience ever, if I could given zero I would. From being double booked by them and our room cancelled after our flight was grounded, we were left high and dry. This was in November 2024, several and I mean at least 25 phone calls to them after we got home over the next 6 months and many emails to try and get a refund. Finally over 6 months now we got our money back, and no thanks to the motel it was through the very professional booking platform that honoured it despite no response from this place. So many times Perry, the alleged “Manager” was supposed to call but did not, so, so rude. How can this even be accepted. No excuses for this absolute rude disrespect and failure to honour money spent. Bad, bad bad!! Do not give these people your money as you will not get it back, even if they cancel you.
