This restaurant is completely unacceptable. The breakfast buffet is extremely limited, poorly organized, and nowhere near what one would expect from a hotel of this standard. On top of that, the service is shockingly bad. I waited over an hour for my food, only for it to arrive incorrect. Even something as basic as water was a problem—I ordered water and it arrived one hour and thirty minutes later. No apology, no urgency, no accountability. The entire situation was handled with complete incompetence and disregard for guests. Second time around they got my order wrong again . Never experienced this before The hotel experience overall is even worse. The bathroom was clogged, basic maintenance clearly ignored. This is not just unprofessional—it is unacceptable and invasive. This place feels chaotic and poorly managed, more like a circus than a hotel. Without serious improvements in service, hygiene, and staff training, I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location everything is just a walking distance. Friendly staff, willing to go the extra mile. Rooms were well made and spotless. I got a beautify welcome gift thank you. Pool was well taken care of regardless of the crowd as it was festive season. Thank you Busi from house keeping for taking care of us during my 7 days stay. A big thank you to Zamani at the reception for always willing to help. Restaurant staff during breakfast kept our table clean and they do it with beautiful smile. Thank you to the General Manager Mbali Mkhize for the warm welcome. ||The only thing that needs improvement is the quality of food especially what we order on the menu. Fries looked really tired, they weren’t well done. Salad wasn’t fresh. Fish wasn’t good either.

The hotel is in good condition, rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast buffet we also enjoyed. There’s a variety of food to choose from. The omelettes were a hit every morning. The kids enjoyed themselves in the swimming pool area.

I ordered tea at the hotel and i was told my voucher does not allow it and no one provided further explanation as to how else could I pay fir the tea. They are using junior staff who are ill trained eill zilch understanding of escalation.

We enjoyed our stay. The service is very good, staff is well trained. It’s a beautiful hotel and well kept. Our room was spacious and clean. The dinner as breakfast was also good. The chef doesn’t smile and appears not to be a friendly lady, but her omelette was good.
