Garden Ravello, Hotel - Restaurant - Bar - Pool

The best place to stay on the Amalfi Coast! We went to a few different places and the Garden hotel in Ravello was by far my favorite. The staff makes you feel like you are a part of the family. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The room was perfectly clean, there was complimentary water and coffee everyday and would definitely recommend including breakfast (it was delicious). The most incredible part of the room was by far the view. It was absolutely stunning, like nothing I have ever seen before. An amazing price for the value you are provided with. It was not noisy at all, was able to get an amazing few nights of sleep. For amenities, the pool has a beautiful view. They also offer personal training sessions and spa sessions. I would go back 10x over if I could.

The hotel us beautiful. The restaurant is intimate with gorgeous views of the sea. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is great. This offset a bit of disappointment with the food….not as flavorful as hoped. The lemon cello apéritif was a wonderful treat at the end. Was happily sleeping after a long day of travel from the states when the music from the bar came thumping over loudly into our room. It was as if a wild Brazilian party was thumping away in the apartment above! If you need sleep, you may prefer quieter lodging. If you enjoy late night revelry this may be your ticket to paradise!

We chose Garden Restaurant for our small wedding dinner. We were 8 guests in total and had one of the set menus. Everything was amazing — great food, great wine, and incredibly nice staff. We felt so well looked after! Our table was beautifully prepared for our small party; it looked so festive, and with the little lights above us, it was simply magical. The view from the restaurant is absolutely breathtaking, and that night there was also live music! We 100% recommend it and would love to go back next time we are in Ravello!

We loved our three night stay in this small hotel. Each room has a private balcony with a spectacular view. Breakfast is a treat with eggs made to order, enjoyed in a room with the same wonderful view. The location is convenient, a short walk to the town square but also near the shuttle buses to Amalfi. Lovely and helpful staff.

Where to start.....First off this property has the most amazing views of the Almafi Coast and it keeps getting better from there. The service from Regina as soon as we checked in, to getting to know Fabio, Marvie (pool bartender) and Fabio's other family members made us feel like we were right at home. The pool also has amazing views of the coast and is a great place to relax after a morning/afternoon of walking the beautiful town of Ravello. The main piazza is a short walk with great shopping, eating and drinking which makes this location perfect. Thank you from our family to yours for making this first trip to Italy an unforgettable experience. We hope to be back with you in the future!

Clean hotel, with a perfect location just steps from the main piazza with a nice pool overlooking the sea. Very attentive service. Our air conditioned room had a gorgeous view of the sea. It is not fancy, but the people are so warm and caring. There were plenty of loungers at the pool. Front desk was always available to help and the dinner and wine in the restaurant were excellent. Fresh bread, cappuccino, fresh fruit, omelettes and fresh squeezed juice for breakfast along with the usual fare. The service at the pool was great, but the drinks were quite expensive and mostly ice. One improvement suggested would be to have a shelf in the shower for toiletries( rather than on the floor) and to include body lotion and hair conditioner. I would definitely stay again.

We did not stay at the hotel, but had exceptional meal at the restaurant. Food choices from appetizer of tuna & pasta, to made courses of fish with great wines. Service was the best. Highly recommend

Don't think twice, just book it. If you need advice before your trip, just call the hotel and ask for Angela, that lady is amazing! Great breakfast, don't standard hotel rooms if you have a view like that so you have to put that into perspective. However, they were very clean and well maintained.

From its perch high above the Amalfi coast, what a heavenly place for a meal. Absolutely one of the best points for an insta-worthy pic. Beautiful in every way.

Albergo Garden's open-air restaurant came highly recommended by our tour guide and I'm so glad we listened! The restaurant and bar are situated right on the lip of Ravello before entering the main town square. The bar is on a higher level than the restaurant so you'll need to walk down more stairs to get to the actual restaurant. However, both venues offer some of the best views of the coast that you'll see on your trek across the south of Italy. Make sure you take advantage of sitting out on their terrace. Imagine the most scenic and picturesque views of the mountain-side and the seemingly endless blue ocean. All of this with the crisp sea air breeze gently brushing by. All that said, I might just come back here for the view alone! The highlight is definitely the enchanting view and you should come here first for that but the food is a very close second! We ordered the mixed seafood spaghetti (18 euros) and it was more than advertised. You'll get a very large plate of spaghetti noodles topped with fresh prawns, lobster, shellfish and more. Sprinkle it with the lemon and mix it in the light broth and you'll be in seafood heaven! We also had the seafood salad (13 euros) which was light, refreshing, and crisp to bite. Plus it had healthy amounts of seafood as well including calamari. Mineral water was 2.50 euros. There is also a cover charge of 2.50 per person included in the bill. What really surprised me was the price of the meal. Easily one of the most reasonable deals for all the seafood you get. I had expected to fork over plenty of euros but in the end it was cheaper than seafood restaurants we had in Sorrento or elsewhere. Plus you get that amazing view. You can tell the tourists love Albergo Garden and many just lounge away soaking up the view. I had to take off one star just because the service was very slow and not as attentive and a bit brusque. Other than that slight hiccup, I was impressed. Usually tourist spots really suffer in terms of quality of food but Albergo Garden was both good food and a great view.
