We chose Garden Restaurant for our small wedding dinner. We were 8 guests in total and had one of the set menus. Everything was amazing — great food, great wine, and incredibly nice staff. We felt so well looked after! Our table was beautifully prepared for our small party; it looked so festive, and with the little lights above us, it was simply magical. The view from the restaurant is absolutely breathtaking, and that night there was also live music! We 100% recommend it and would love to go back next time we are in Ravello!

Clean hotel, with a perfect location just steps from the main piazza with a nice pool overlooking the sea. Very attentive service. Our air conditioned room had a gorgeous view of the sea. It is not fancy, but the people are so warm and caring. There were plenty of loungers at the pool. Front desk was always available to help and the dinner and wine in the restaurant were excellent. Fresh bread, cappuccino, fresh fruit, omelettes and fresh squeezed juice for breakfast along with the usual fare. The service at the pool was great, but the drinks were quite expensive and mostly ice. One improvement suggested would be to have a shelf in the shower for toiletries( rather than on the floor) and to include body lotion and hair conditioner. I would definitely stay again.

Where to start.....First off this property has the most amazing views of the Almafi Coast and it keeps getting better from there. The service from Regina as soon as we checked in, to getting to know Fabio, Marvie (pool bartender) and Fabio's other family members made us feel like we were right at home. The pool also has amazing views of the coast and is a great place to relax after a morning/afternoon of walking the beautiful town of Ravello. The main piazza is a short walk with great shopping, eating and drinking which makes this location perfect. Thank you from our family to yours for making this first trip to Italy an unforgettable experience. We hope to be back with you in the future!

There are no words that can describe how much we LOVE the hotel and Angela. No other hotel would be so devoted to a lost luggage situation we had to deal with. Angela was spending a lot of her time calling the Naples airport for us and creating the most comfortable atmosphere for us.|Angela and her staff are the BEST! |She pre-ordered the transfers ahead of time (very reliable driver) and gave us many practical advices. The view from the hotel's balcony was amazing! it was a delicious breakfast as well. Our sincere Thank You to Angela for making an enjoyable stay!

We hosted a spectacular welcome party at Garden Ravello for our son's wedding weekend. Fabio was a delight to work with and everything flowed beyond my expectations. The food was outstanding...their smoked mozzarella and pesto pasta were the best I've ever had. Inventive cocktails (their bartender is fantastic!). Homemade meatballs. Fresh prosciutto. Roasted summer veggies. Swordfish carpaccio. Yummy desserts with superb fresh fruits. As for the decor (we worked with a wedding planner) the restaurant was totally transformed. I walked in and was blown away. There are many wonderful aspects to this space: 1) We comfortably sat 135 people for a buffet dinner plus we had a musical group that had everyone shaking tambourines and dancing around the venue. 2) The jaw dropping views 3) If it rains, which it did later in the evening, they were able to close the overhead awnings so no one got wet. Their house wines are outstanding- make sure you ask Fabio to taste their Prosecco! We were equally thrilled with their house white (light and crispy with a nice fruit forward flavor) and their smooth and delightful red. Highly recommend Garden Ravello for a memorable event/dinner/party in Ravello!

The Garden restaurant was wonderful! Fabulous food and amazing views of the Mediterranean. Fabio, the grandson of the founding proprietor of The Garden, was engaging, hospitable and eager to share vintage photographs and stories of his families resort…and stories of Jackie Kennedy’s many stays in Ravello.

Incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive staff. |This hotel is right next to the main bus stop and shuttle pick up area and a few minutes walk right to the main town square. |The attached restaurant and gelato/drink area is incredible. they are convenient options if you don't want to venture into town for a meal. Non-guests also come for the food, which is a great sign of the quality. Breakfast is excellent|We had one wheelchair user, though not wheelchair-bound, who could navigate the stairs that descend from street level to the hotel lobby. Ravello in general would be challenging for a wheelchair-bound individual. The staff allowed us to keep the wheelchair in the lobby instead of taking up space in the room. We also had help each time carrying the wheelchair up and down the stairs from the hotel to the street. Very much appreciated. Once in the lobby, there is an elevator to take you to the rooms|The room itself is very comfortable and quiet in general. The air conditioning is extremely powerful. There are electric blinds that come down to ensure the room is dark from the morning sun. Bathroom is clean and well stocked. Shower is great, water gets hot enough. |We didn't get a chance to go to the pool, but trust that it would've been great. |If your room faces the sea, it's obviously an amazing view. Once the weather didn't get too hot, it's lovely to spend time on the balcony. Otherwise, the view is comparable and just as enjoyable from the restaurant areas of the hotel. |Overall, we could not be more happy with our stay. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Great location, great food.

I don’t normally leave reviews but in this case we absolutely had to - Fabio and his team helped my partner organise our proposal and it was everything I could have ever dreamed of and more … the evening was truly magical. The whole team went above and beyond with amazing service, incredible drinks, phenomenal food. Thank you all so much it is an experience we will never forget.

Yelp
From its perch high above the Amalfi coast, what a heavenly place for a meal. Absolutely one of the best points for an insta-worthy pic. Beautiful in every way.

Yelp
Albergo Garden's open-air restaurant came highly recommended by our tour guide and I'm so glad we listened! The restaurant and bar are situated right on the lip of Ravello before entering the main town square. The bar is on a higher level than the restaurant so you'll need to walk down more stairs to get to the actual restaurant. However, both venues offer some of the best views of the coast that you'll see on your trek across the south of Italy. Make sure you take advantage of sitting out on their terrace. Imagine the most scenic and picturesque views of the mountain-side and the seemingly endless blue ocean. All of this with the crisp sea air breeze gently brushing by. All that said, I might just come back here for the view alone! The highlight is definitely the enchanting view and you should come here first for that but the food is a very close second! We ordered the mixed seafood spaghetti (18 euros) and it was more than advertised. You'll get a very large plate of spaghetti noodles topped with fresh prawns, lobster, shellfish and more. Sprinkle it with the lemon and mix it in the light broth and you'll be in seafood heaven! We also had the seafood salad (13 euros) which was light, refreshing, and crisp to bite. Plus it had healthy amounts of seafood as well including calamari. Mineral water was 2.50 euros. There is also a cover charge of 2.50 per person included in the bill. What really surprised me was the price of the meal. Easily one of the most reasonable deals for all the seafood you get. I had expected to fork over plenty of euros but in the end it was cheaper than seafood restaurants we had in Sorrento or elsewhere. Plus you get that amazing view. You can tell the tourists love Albergo Garden and many just lounge away soaking up the view. I had to take off one star just because the service was very slow and not as attentive and a bit brusque. Other than that slight hiccup, I was impressed. Usually tourist spots really suffer in terms of quality of food but Albergo Garden was both good food and a great view.
