Wonderful gardens. Very nice staff. Good assortment of wildlife and plants. You can feed the turtles if they aren't out of food. Restaurant, play area, restrooms. Reasonably priced per person.

Handicap accessible if you can walk on uneven surfaces. Wonderful place to go if you can walk but have difficulty with endurance. There are lots of places to sit and read a book or even rest. As you walk through the park, you must be careful because there are roots and uneven walking spaces. So it is wonderful if you’re able to see the ground and can handle some broken terrain. The steps are not severe and there are ramps that you can use instead. It is a very calm garden oasis. Highly recommend for families with young children or elderly. 30 min taxi ride from the cruise ship terminal. $110 round trip taxi ride for 4 people not including tip.

I went here as a Norwegian excursion. I was hoping for one that would show some of the island, it's history, and be guided by locals. I'm so glad I picked this one. The bus driver gave us a history lesson and showed some of the important buildings while he drove us from the port to the Garden. Once there, we were greeted by a very friendly, funny, and enthusiastic guide. She gave a 45 minute tour of the gardens and told us it's history. We stopped at the small straw market where we had an hour to shop, eat and look around, before making our way back to the bus. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The guide, shopkeepers, and bar tender were all kind. I highly recommend this experience.

Great excursion to get away from the beach. Breathe in the tranquility while taking in the water features, turtles, birds, and butterflies. A forest bath to relax your senses—and, if needed, a bite at the Garden Restaurant

It was pretty not a lot of people Guess it was on offseason which was great. The animals were nice to look at and the spiders were pretty cool and I love the turtles and the weird chickens. The waterfalls were pretty but the water was a little muddy or dirty looking. Other than that it was a good experience.

Such a lovely, tranquil place!! It's so quiet and relaxing, the gardens are beautiful and the people are so friendly! There are ducks and turtles and fish everywhere in the ponds, and the cafe was great for lunch! The meditation labyrinth was very cool, and casually wandering around the paths was a lovely way to spend the afternoon!
