I visited during the summer. It was nice to discover something hidden near Václavské náměstí, where you feel like you already know everything. The hidden garden is a pleasant, quiet place.
I enjoyed the summer menu, which included pumpkin spice soup, risotto with basil and burrata, and lemon tiramisu for dessert.
I remember that it was tasty with a beautiful presentation, but something was missing—something small. I can’t quite recall what it was, but it left a feeling... Perhaps it was an ingredient in the dish, maybe more lime juice or zest in the dessert, or perhaps the risotto portion was just too large.
Something was missing to truly give the impression of a high-quality, fine dining experience and high cuisine.
