Very good hotel. I stayed there in 2023. Beautiful stylish interior, nice staff, central location, clean rooms... I don't know why it has only 3 stars. It deserves 4 stars.

Very good breakfast and service, in the real center of Minsk, and there are some Chinese work and live nearby who you can meet on the street, it will be a great help for a new comer Chinese. wifi cannot work properly, it was really a nightmare to see the wifi and mobile network switch to each other 3 times per minute. And when I opened the hot water in the bathtub, half tone red corrison came out. I lived there 3 nights and checked the water everyday, so I am going to say that that room had not a residant at least 2 months, otherwise it should not had 0.5 ton water corrison inside the tube, very

I stayed here for 2 night in mid April. Comfortable room on the top floor. 2 single beds combined together to form a double bed. Fittings all in quite good condition. Very good location right in the centre. Fairly quiet with no real neighbour noise problems. Water dispenser in the corridor to top up water bottles. Decent free wifi. Friendly staff. Only downside was a strange unpleasant smell in the room and corridor.

Classy hotel with dark woods and quality materials throughout. Very quiet and laid-back place. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. Feels like a modern version of an old school high-end city hotel. Very clean and tidy rooms, the shower has incredible water pressure and the bed is very comfortable. Loved the historic city scenes in the stained glass windows in the stairwells, very nice touch!

The rooms are spacious and reminiscent of the Soviet area, I would say. High ceilings and comfortable areas. The location is fantastic - not only you'll get great transport access but you'll also stay right in the city centre and within walking distance of most of the things you'll want to see or visit. Most of the staff is really helpful On the downside I would say no laundry service during the weekend and please be mindful that they will charge you for breakfast at checkout without a warning.

Excellent hotel in nice old style. Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Good taxi service, also from and to the airport. The breakfast is largely Belarusian. Excellent restaurants around the corner and in the old town a short stone's throw away

I was impressed by this place. Not expensive coming from western Europe, but there were cheaper options. As it was my first visit and I was returning to Minsk the following week I thought I could always go cheaper then. Anyway, my first impressions were very good with very polite staff, apologising (unnecessarily) when I had to wait a little for check in and offering any help they could. My luggage had actually got lost in Kiev and the staff were very keen to phone the airport and do as much as they could for me. ||I enjoyed the breakfast room/restaurant and the food was good quality and again the lady serving there was friendly and polite. ||The room was a good size and the facilities that came with it. The wifi and Tv were As always, it is nice to have some bottled water on arrival in the room - a small detail, but appreciated.||As for the location, it is absolutely perfect as a base to visit the main sites, such as the upper town, old town, the shops, a lot of good restaurants and the metro and buses are not far away. Neither is it a long walk to the main train and bus station. ||All in all I'd recommend this place, although you may find cheaper (and more expensive no doubt) options.

I spent 3 nights at this hotel in a back facing room on the top floor. The room and the bathroom were big but I found the room to be slightly dark at night even with all the lights on. My friend who had a road facing room said that his room was noisy, especially on Friday night when music was playing until late into the night on the pedestrian street around the corner from the hotel. ||||The hotel is in a very central location within walking distance to most of the key tourist attractions and also the main road with plenty of restaurants. Wifi was good (but you need to re-logon every 24 hours) and there was a water dispenser on each floor. ||||We didn't try the breakfast but did make use of the free parking at the back of the hotel but note that the car park is very small and during the work day can be filled up with vans dropping off items to the hotel and the buildings next door.||||I would like to make a special mention of the reception staff who spoke good English and were most helpful with providing information on the immediate area and also, in one case, translation of words on a food item.
