Garza Blanca Cancun

We had a great time at Garza Blanca Cancun. The restaurants are terrific, especially Bocados and Hiroshi, the pools are spacious and warm, and the rooms are well appointed. The spa is beautiful and I enjoyed my treatments there as well - I actually wish I had shown up earlier to use the hydrotherapy circuit and will do this next visit. I prioritize spas when I travel solo and have been to some of the best in the Americas and this was definitely a highlight. We had to extend our stay due to weather and the staff was extremely accommodating to multiple updates and changes, ensuring we had a room and accommodations, and the General Manager was extremely attentive to fix an issue I had, incliding following up after we left in an above and beyond way. I also want to specially shout out the Kids Club staff. My son (9) loved it, begged to go everyday, and they were so sweet and kind to him. As a single mom who ended up having to work due to the unexpected weather delay I TRULY appreciated this amazing perk.

Family of five from New York traveling with three teenagers to Garza Blanca Cancun during February break. The rooms were amazing—large, modern, with comfortable beds, a great shower, and even heated toilet seats! The service was five-star. Every staff member was courteous and attentive. We never went more than a minute at the beach or pool without a server asking if we needed anything. The restaurants were the same—exceptional service all around. No one ever specifically asked for a tip, but we always tipped extra, and it was genuinely appreciated by the staff. We were especially impressed by the activities team, who did a fantastic job getting the teenagers (and adults) involved each day—pickleball, beach soccer, water park race contests, and more. It was a great environment for teens. The food was very good with no complaints. This was our first all-inclusive experience, so it’s hard to compare, but we were extremely happy. *never asked or pressured to buy a membership like some reviews say. We give it a full five stars!

This was our 4th time (year) coming here and unfortunately it was much different than the previous years. Very commercialized now with no care for our loyalty and many referrals. The food is still good which we liked. We loved our server who treated us like how we had been treated previous years - on the rooftop Michael, Ana, and Sergio - they all were top notch. Wonderful workers. Made the experience much better. |Additionally, we have had the bell Bag guy here, Fermin, and I cannot speak more highly of him. He is a wonderful worker, so kind, and wanted to make it a good experience for us. We so appreciated him and his service.

My wife and I were recently vacationing in Cancun and were asked to come see a tour of the Garza Blanca resort. We were at a different resort. So we agreed and were welcomed by the most accommodating, sincerest, graceful, make us feel like VIP staff we've ever experienced. The property was immaculate, the smell, the atmosphere the decoration, etc.... 5 star, 5 diamonds and then some. To say the least we were very impressed. Ruben Escamilla was our tour guide who treated us like royalty. We ate breakfast and talked with him as if we had known him forever. Our vacation suddenly became what we truly wanted when we accepted the invitation to switch resorts and become lifetime members. Financially it made sense, emotionally it made sense and the memories we created and experience we had in the short time we were there still makes sense that we made one of the best decisions ever. Words cannot express our gratitude and appreciation for Ruben Escamilla, Diego Primo and the rest of the staff/family of the Garza Blanca. 10/10 they knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend everyone experience what we were blessed to.

We love our stay when we come to Garza Blanca,; beginning with the bell man, Fermin, who treated us like family and made sure to answer all questions; next the food is amazing. Dao restaurant is fabulous, our waiter Geraldo there made us feel like royalty. The new restaurant at Mussai ( the NOI) was absolutely delicious. Been here a few times and the entertainment just gets better. Rooms are always very clean. We recommend this resort to all are family and friend.

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful week at Garza Blanca, Cancun. While the resort is gorgeous, the dining options fabulous and amenities wonderful, it is the amazing staff who keep us coming back! ||This week we had the privilege of two outstanding butlers at our service, Arcos and Sostenes. Wow! These two gentleman did everything they possibly could to make our vacation, and our friends vacation, as wonderful as possible, and they succeeded! They were truly invested in us having an exceptional experience while at Garza Blanca, and their professionalism, kindness, and generosity were like nothing we have experienced before. ||From dining reservations, spa reservations, transportation, excursion advice and coordination, and surprises to celebrate our 35th anniversary, there is nothing they couldn’t assist us with. What an amazing team! They made sure we had our dream vacation, and really made us feel so pampered! ||We also experienced great customer service from other staff members as well: |Noe and Jorge at the beach, Ernesto for pool aerobics, Michael and Jaciel at the Rooftop Pool , our waiter at Noi, Bartalon at DAO, Hugo and Juan (sommelier) at Bocados , Ricardo at the main pool , Xochitl, Benjamin, Rubi, and the gentleman who makes the coffee lattes and cappuccino at the Gourmet Food Hall, each morning. Also, the Spa butler and masseuse at Spa Imagine. ||What an amazing vacation , and what an amazing team ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Stay at Garza Blanca Cancun I’ve only been to a few resorts, but Garza Blanca Cancun is easily one of the nicest I’ve experienced. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to accommodate anything we needed throughout the entire day. The food was outstanding at every restaurant we tried—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The service matched the quality of the meals: attentive without ever feeling pushy. Our room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable, and having our own swim-up pool was an amazing bonus that made the stay feel even more luxurious. The beach was absolutely beautiful—clean, soft sand, and the perfect place to relax. One of our favorite spots was the poolside bar closest to the ocean. It quickly became our go-to. The bartender, Victor, was an absolute beauty. Not only was his spicy pineapple margarita the best drink we had all trip, but he also made my family and myself feel incredibly welcome. He went out of his way to make us feel special every time we stopped by, and his energy alone kept us coming back If you’re considering Garza Blanca Cancun, I can confidently say it’s a true five-star experience. We can’t wait to come back.

This was the first of future multiple visits to GB Cancun. Our butlers, Josue and Andres, communicated VERY well and made good judgment calls when to check in and when to leave our family to enjoy the resort. They made sure we knew when our restaurant reservations occurred, and connected with pool side staff to ensure we had a place for our family to rest, eat, and enjoy the various pools. The top notch butler service Josue and Andres delivered made us feel like we were their sole clients, although we knew they supported multiple guests.||Our various restaurant servers, Jesus, Navarro, Rosa, Saul, Benjamin, and Pat ALWAYS made us feel welcome and treated us like family. Our daughter is normally shy, but opened up very quickly with their service. We never felt rushed when they supported our table. We observed each of them work tirelessly to deliver ordered drinks, pick up used flatware / plates, and deliver the same consistent, warm, and dedicated service to other tables.||We cannot wait to return and look forward to receiving the same consistent service and experience!
