I’d like to express our appreciation to the incredible team at Garza Blanca Resort. The service was nothing short of exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. Adrian Vazquez is a bellboy and is the happiest person we've ever met. He immediately learned our names and checked on us daily to make sure everything was going perfect. Alex the pool concierge and Abraham the pool waiter both went above and beyond to ensure we were setup in perfect spot with drinks in hand.||||A special mention must go to the resort's restaurants, each meal was a true delight. Whether it was a poolside snack, gourmet dinner, or breakfast with a view, the quality and care put into each dish was evident. Benjamin from The Great Hall made us feel like VIP guests with his kind services.||||Thank you, Garza Blanca we can’t wait to return!

Absolutely incredible resort and experience, it’s that simple. My wife and I stayed here along with over 120 guests where we also had our wedding. Everything from start to finish was nothing less than perfect. The service from Fermian at the front desk who handled all of our bags with our wedding materials and clothing (9 total bags) was outstanding in coordinating us getting to our rooms and ensuring nothing was lost. Karla the wedding planning was instrumental in making sure our wedding plans were done exactly to our liking from the arrival to the rehearsal dinner to the ceremony and reception. Fernando who handled all of our food and beverage needs went above and beyond in ensuring we had everything we desired. He found me in the pool on our first day and made it a point to introduce himself to me and advise me that whatever we needed he was there to make it happen, and he did. He continued with constant service and attention throughout the entire trip which was extremely helpful and commendable. The food was absolutely incredible and by far the best food any of our guests had ate at any all inclusive resort AND any wedding they had ever been to. Many of our guests told us that this was the best all inclusive experience they had ever had and the best wedding they had ever attended and it was all thanks to the Garza Blanca staff and vendors. I cannot say it enough, if you are thinking about staying in Cancun, Mexico and are looking for a top tier all inclusive experience, look no further than Garza Blanca. We will without a doubt be back and so will many of our guests. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would.

Our family of four just completed a lovely stay at Garza Blanca Cancun. For reference, we have stayed at several higher end all-inclusives in Mexico including Grand Velas Riviera Maya, Palace Cozumel and the Hilton Los Cabos. I will highlight the good, bad and ugly of this trip.|Good:|- food was mostly excellent, on par with Grand Velas but maybe better. Dinner at Hiroshi (japanese), Blanca Blue (mexican) and Bocados (steak) were very good (keeping in mind it's an all-inclusive). Sushi at Hiroshi was fresh and inventive. We loved the lunch at Blanca Blue as much as the dinner - highly recommend the tasting sauces/salsas, tableside guacamole, any seafood soups, fresh catch of the day, fresh ceviches.  Room service food was on par with standard fare but the delivered coffee was better than lobby coffee. |- service from bartenders, pool staff, waiters in restaurants, room service and room attendants was outstanding, welcoming, accommodating. We ran into a couple grumps (see below) but mostly the service was a stand out for us.|- the rooms are incredible (2 bedroom suite). We had essentially two huge adjoining rooms, full kitchen, laundry, living room, 2 huge bathrooms and another full bath with shower, 2 huge balconies, Nice towels and L'occitane products. Very comfortable beds with nice linens.|- spa was oustanding; do not miss the hydrotherapy experience. Spa staff (Rosa) was a standout.|- yoga in the morning and the pool activities crew were fun, engaging|Bad:|- check in was a disaster - long lines, inefficient staff, several verbal altercations due to line cutters. They need to streamline this process, it was not a good first impression.|- pools get crowded and there are large groups (family reunions etc) which can be obnoxious. I guess this is expected with an all-inclusive pricing tier but keep this in mind if traveling with small kids. Our girls are teens and have heard it all before but 5 years ago this would have been a real bummer.|- if you have an early morning departure, plan to order room service for breakfast. The restaurant downstairs does not open until 7am. At 6:45am, the wait staff (grump) would not even provide a granola bar to my daughters. We left hungry and that meal was part of our package. I know it's on me to plan ahead for the early departure so just order room service, but do so about an hour in advance. |- table wine was not good. If you want decent wine, you will have to purchase a bottle and expect the markup on pricing. We got a lovely Mexican Cabernet at our first dinner and saved the rest for our steakhouse meal on our last night.|Ugly: the pool deck is extremely slippery - I took a hard fall (sober) and will be in an arm sling for a few weeks (FOOSH) with some significant bruising. I was offered a bag of ice and Aspercreme as a condolence from the manager (LOL, ugh) Please take caution, it was very dangerous. They need to put rubber mats down or resurface the deck.

From the moment we arrived at Garza Blanca Cancun, we knew we were in for something special. The resort is absolutely stunning. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with top-of-the-line amenities.||The pools are a highlight—especially the infinity pool overlooking the beach. Whether you want to relax in peace or join in on the poolside activities, there’s something for everyone. ||Now, what truly set our vacation apart was the incredible staff, especially Daniel, Marco and Joel at the pool, Pablo and Victor at the pool bar and Sostenes and Arcos, our butlers. They went above and beyond to make our stay feel personalized and exceptional. They consistently greeted us with a warm smile and provided world-class service. They made sure we had everything we needed. Their dedication and hospitality made us feel more like valued guests than just tourists. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a memorable experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which markets itself as a luxury experience — and while it has some promising elements, it’s clear they’re still trying to reach that standard. The rooms were genuinely impressive: spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a relaxing environment to unwind. The overall facilities, including the gym and spa areas, are modern and well-maintained, adding to the upscale feel. Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite match the setting. My experience with the front desk was frustrating — unhelpful, disorganized, and lacking the warmth or efficiency you’d expect from a luxury hotel. It's disappointing when the first impression is the weakest part of the stay. The food was another letdown. While not terrible, it was underwhelming and didn’t justify the price point or the luxury label they’re going for. We went to the city center to get food and restaurants. Food is better and we paid half of the price. That said, the poolside service was a standout. Attentive, friendly, and efficient — the staff there seemed to be in a completely different league, which made afternoons by the pool a highlight of the trip. Overall, this hotel has potential, especially with its physical amenities, but it needs to level up its service and culinary offerings to truly earn the luxury title.

Went to visit Garza Blanca on a promotional tour. The overall design and look of the property is amazing. I did not see anyone swimming in the ocean or enjoying the beach even though our sales representative stressed that they had low seaweed accumulation in comparison to other hotels/resorts. We were told that the membership presentation would only take 90 mins included time for breakfast which turned into 4 hours of being held hostage. Aldo stated off the tour pleasant and relatable. He asked questions about our family and shared info about his life. He said they seek Americans & Canadians from cities with large airports and prefer those who already have a timeshare. During breakfast he stated that he doesn’t do the membership marketing as he focuses on wedding parties. He mentioned that he doesn’t get commission from sales and there is no pressure to buy as they allow guests to have a year to make a decision. Aldo specifically said “I won’t ask you to buy today” which made me feel at ease. (Be aware to what you are told during the tour as much as what they’re not telling you). I informed him that it sounds great as I was not interested in being pressured. Upon completing the tour and hearing the final costs, I explained that I would need a few days to make my final decision and requested a copy of the documentation. Aldo packed up all of the paperwork and stormed off. Shortly after a female staff insisted that we complete a referral form in order for them to contact others for a promotional visit. We explained that we would have to obtain permission from friends and family prior to supplying their information. She stated that she’ll take any names and contact information for our dentist, mechanic etc. After completing the form Aldo walked us to obtain our gifts for visiting the property. This walk was silent as he did not interact with us at all. We noticed other guests engaging in conversations with their sales representative during the same walk. To our surprise, he took us to another building where another sales representative attempted to sell us a lower cost membership. This led to extreme frustration as the lack of honest communication and consistent pushy sales practices deterred from the aesthetics of the property. It’s sad that Aldo lost a sale due to his unprofessional response after I requested more time to make a decision and a copy of the documents to review. Truly unbelievable how representatives and companies expect people to make immediate decisions based on a rehearsed sales pitch. This is an undeveloped area of Mexico, minimal businesses nearby and a rational person would want to complete further research prior to investing.

Amazing stay. Family absolutely loved everything about the resort. Restaurants were amazing. My personal favorite was the rooftop restaurant. Pool was a lot of fun, and the service was incredible. Make sure to tip the workers, tipping is optional but they truly go above and beyond to help you. Will definitely be going back.

We loved our time at Garza Blanca Cancun. The location was beautiful, room and grounds were clean and well maintained. The check in desk messed up our reservation and they gave us a bedroom with two queens even though we reserved and paid for a king. Thankfully they upgraded our room to a 1 bedroom suite. We did have to prove to them from our email that we had booked a different room. Thanks for making the mistake right. The staff was friendly, helpful and very attentive. Noe and Leonardo were great waiters at the pool! Thank you! The breakfast buffet was amazing and Benjamin and Roberto provided top service and attention. Fernando was so funny and a great waiter at the Gourmet Hall. All the food we had during our stay was delicious. The only negative thing about our stay was the time share. If you don't want to be bothered and pestered, you need to say NO on the first day! They got quite pushy to get us to listen to the talk about the time share. Overall it was very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
